This was the best Asian store I went to today with my friends I can say we were impressed it was a bit cheap for me even the cashier was so patient and sweet! you should really go here even though its small and cramped its amazing truly is amazing thank you!

I come often due to the convenience of location. However, the male staff (shop manager?) wearing glasses has never been friendly any time I ask simple questions (eg whether they sell sushi rice in 10kg), as if I’m bothering him or he’s simply discharging negativity on customers. Tonight I went and there was a welcoming, eye-catching wall of little red scratch cards in celebration of Chinese new year. It stood next to the counter without any eligibility criteria, so I naturally took one whilst I continued to shop; immediately and suddenly the male staff came close and asked me (rather rudely) to hand over the card to him. No explanations, just a cold scornful tone, and zero further interactions. The attitude as equally out of the blue and offensive; it was only when I went to the cashier and apologised (without knowing what was wrong) that I found out the minimum spend to get a scratch card is £20.

Of course I would never take one if I knew there was a minimum spend! There was absolutely no need to be rude, especially there were no explanations whatsoever?! And what kind of horrible communication / customer service is that, to a loyal customer who’s spent over hundreds of pounds in your shop over the past year? Really, really disappointed and will dissuade my colleagues and friends to come back here if customer facing staff just doesn’t care about communication and attitude.

ottimo. ho soggiornato al premier inn di fronte e ogni sera mi rifornivo in questo bel supermarket. tante cose buone ,fresche e interessanti. tutti molto gentili. 10% di sconto. ottimi i biscotti e dolci. peccato dover tornare in italia in aereo seno' avrei provato tante altre cose! COMPLIMENTI.

Such a welcoming store, well-stocked, friendly staff.
It’s sooo lovely when you find a store that is at a calm pace and patient. They were even handing out free sample dumplings this morning!

The middle-aged old male staff with glasses has a mean face and an extremely bad attitude. It is hard to imagine that we could meet such a low-level supermarket staff in 2024. I think doing business is about making money with harmony. Try to contact as little as possible, so as not to affect your mood.

You get 10% off for everything except alcohol and some categories! Wide selection of food here would definitely recommend going! Price is also competitive and they even have fresh vegetables!

Nice selection of items available, not the cheapest oriental supermarket I’ve been to but still good overall.
Service was alright and it’s tucked behind a small street so not so hard to find either.

有个戴眼镜秃顶老板，每次去结账的时候都皱着眉头，凶巴巴的，像欠了他五百万一样，我看见他害怕，我都躲着不进去了，去买东西像进去上供似的。不是在骂员工就是在跟员工吵架。这个店气场有邪气，远离眼镜秃头男，去买东西不是去看人臭脸的被负能量影响的。再见了您，不会再光临
