This is my second time using WTI, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! I recently had Hunter Douglas honeycomb shades installed, and they are absolutely perfect. The quality of the shades is top-notch, and they’ve made such a difference in both the look and energy efficiency of my home. The quality of work, planning, installation, and follow up are the reasons I do business with small, local firms, and WTI absolutely hit a home run in my window treatments installation. Cydney was thoughtful, provided multiple options for my relatively simple job and scoped out the work accurately and quickly. The pricing was reasonable, and the hardware arrived within several weeks and was quickly installed. The installation team of Christian and Grazi were detail oriented, asked appropriate questions to ensure the job was installed as I wanted, cleaned up quickly, and as a wonderful last touch, steamed all the curtains to remove the wrinkles from shipping and the job looks even better than I had hoped for. Wes, owner of WTI Inc. was terrific. He was professional, prompt and very nice to work with. Hunter Douglas made mistakes in my order. Wes solved the problems promptly and did the installations as soon as the new shades arrived. In addition, the shade frames were bright white and did not look well in the room. Wes ordered special paint and painted all of the frames where that was needed. The paint job was amazing. His installation was excellent. I highly recommend WTI.

We had the best experience working with WTI! We received expert design advice and guidance right from that start that enabled us to pick the best possible options for our spaces. WTI did a great job with my shades. Everything was quick, easy, and fairly priced. Wes had great ideas for the space when he came out to measure and Evan was incredibly efficient during the installation. They were also able to install the shades 2 weeks sooner than their competitors!
