Wild Bill’s came out and serviced my speed queen dryer after a different company installed it improperly. He taught me how to use these great machines. He’s so knowledgeable! I would have ordered them from Wild bill’s had I known they delivered to my county. Go see them for your appliance needs!

It's difficult to find honest and hard working people who provide expert service at a reasonable rates. Wild Bill's Appliance and Repair was such a breath of fresh air for me this Saturday morning. Billy and his wife go out of their way to assure you that they will help you until your issue is fixed. I learned that there isn't an appliance that Billy can't take apart and reassemble. He was concerned enough to drive to my house the next day after returning home from a week long Speed Queen conference in Wisconsin. He could have understandably put my washer repair off until Monday, but he is old school and pretty much works every day he is needed. I am so grateful for Billy and works can't express how much I appreciate him and his expert knowledge. He was able to quickly fix my washer and did not for one second try to sell me parts I didn't need. Thank you Billy and thank your wife as well for our pleasant phone conversation when she called me to schedule our appointment. God Bless you both and I wish you continued success on your business.

Purchased a Speed Queen washing machine and I love it! Wild Bill's Appliance and Repair are the best representatives of the Speed Queen name.
They deliver, set it up, educate you, handle the warranty information, and are there if you ever need them.
I will be back to purchased a Speed Queen dryer next year.

Wild Bill is great. We have a Speed Queen dryer and received fast and great service. The company I purchase the dryer from could not service it for 6 to 7 weeks. Wild Bill showed up in 3 days. He had all the parts and fixed the dryer in one trip.

It’s hard to get customer service anymore and I found it when I called Wild Bill’s Appliances and Repair in Geneva ! My speed queen dryer quit drying and found out they serviced them. They were pretty much booked out and husband was going to be out of town, but they quickly sent somebody the next morning to repair my dryer knowing I have family coming in for the holidays. The gentleman who came to repair the heating element was quick and professional. Highly recommend using wild, appliance and repair

Great Service! Wild Bill's repaired my nearly new Speed Queen dryer that I thought was dead. Very unusual for Speed Queen, but turned out it had a bad belt. He worked quickly and efficiently and also adjusted a couple of original mistakes the installers made. Next time I'll buy from them!

My experience with Mr. Billy was incredible from the moment I requested repair service. He was very prompt and came out the very next morning. Mr. Billy has a ton of knowledge about his work and fixed my washing machine in under 10 minutes while making sure it was running properly. He was friendly and kind which is just an added bonus. Wild Bill is the best!! We have Speed Queens and they are so incredible knowledgeable, kind, and ON IT!! They will bring everything needed for your repair so they actually fix it in one visit. I have never waited more than a day or two for them to come and they are really good people! If you have a Speed Queen, they are the experts!
