My local Ace didn't have what I wanted in stock, this one did. This Ace is the size of my local stores, not an old tiny one. It's in a strip mall so there is plenty of parking and is very wheelchair friendly. The store is clean and neat. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable for the most part.

First time going here I usually go to the one closer to me in Shelby but they had the light bulbs in stock on sale and mine did not being a smaller store. I was impressed with t he size and hiw nice this store is inside. Looks like they would have just about anything you were looking for here.

Website shows 47 bags of 60lb quikcrete in stock at this location. Get there and employees said they only have 50lb and so will not price match Lowe's price on 60lb bags. $3.98 at Lowe's, $7.59 at Ace and not even a stocked item according to the staff. Left and headed for Lowe's.

I recently purchased a commercial washer dryer set from Rivers and had the best experience. Tommy listened to what I hated about my current washer and dryer and was very knowledgeable overall. He took the time to explain differences between washers without agitators, with fake ones, and with true agitators. I was confident in choosing a set that was a good fit for what I wanted. I went in on a Tuesday and the appliances were delivered to my house the next morning! I have had them now for almost a week and everything Tommy said about them has held true. It’s nice going somewhere local and having someone truly want to send you home with good appliances. Hoping he’s still around when we need to replace other appliances!

Update 2/11. Apparently he has been fired. I left a message 2/6 about my warranty issues that Tommy was helping with and haven’t had a call back. Adjusting my review.

Good selection and prices. Employees do the best they can to help. Sometimes a bit too helpful. I prefer to approach employees when I need help finding something and they seem to be all over you when you come through the front door. Not a big deal. I'm sure they're just doing what they're told to do. Ace, the helpful place.
