They’re never open. You can show up based on their hours posted online and they’re closed. The sign on the door says they’re supposed to be open but they’re not. This has happened to me twice in the past month, as I’m trying to get my boat spring ready. Done trying. Went today ( Saturday 3/15/2025) at 2pm and they were closed. Struggling and sad location. Call before going to see if it’s open like it’s 1985.

Drove 30 minutes to buy over a $300 tow behind tube for our boat and when I get there the inventory is wrong and when I asked was told they had one that had been a display and I asked if there was anything wrong with it they told me no. So when I got out to car with it I pulled it out of the box and found several large holes in the front of it. Can't believe they would try to sell a customer something that is no good and needs to be thrown in the trash.

A popular marine - boating supply store ,a little pricey however ,if you need it, you’ll cheerfully pay.overall an essential store for boating supplies. Employee was very helpful with a great friendly attitude.

Great selection of boat products in clean easy to find store. Associate very helpful and happy. Gave me advice on spots to go in the Assawoman bay. Also had to go back and return an item which was very easy.

The store location is not great, back in a very small strip mall..not overly busy every time I went pass, one can fly by it and not noticing if you are not a locals. Selection is good, but the "sale items" that one cannot order online (pick up only) is basically non-existent, hard to get someone to answer the phone! Not sure why I even bother reading the sale flyer.
I order many items from many companies, most I can order/pay and pick up at stores later, or back order. Pick-up only perhaps limit to store inventory, I am not sure why don't they stock more of these items before offering a sale.

My husband ran in to get tire covers(6) for his boat trailer. Rude, uninterested employee pointed with is pen where they were. We obviously disturbed him while he was leaning on the counter when my husband came in the store. Never assisted or showed any concern for what my husband, THE CUSTOMER, needed. Needless to say, my spouse left with nothing, they only had 4 , he said he wouldn't have purchased them even if they did have them for the way he was treated. Hope the store manager or owner reads this!

As posted below in another review, employee was totally uninterested in assisting! I purchased a roll of bunk carpet and asked Brian what kind of fasteners he recommended. His words were, "I can't recommend anything." That's it! So I just purchased the bunk carpet, no thank you, no nothing! Will not go back!
