I'll give a 2 because customer service has tried to get better especially this one guy in the office. Thank you sir!!! WC is huge and they know they need more call center workers so residents are not on hold for hours at a time. They are closed on Fri but open to collect the money!!! Now let speak on those rude Refs. First WC is a mix of both fathers and mothers that take care of their children, Stop making it seem as if because a parent isn't in the home they do not want to take care of their child. Also stop dry balling the parent they have to live too!!! Also listen to both sides of the story yall judges be BS detectors!!!

This county is an absolute joke!!!! My child is 2 years old and the case is just sitting there. If your case is here, transfer it to any other county in the state IMMEDIATELY! Washtenaw and Macomb would never let a case sit for 2 years!!!!!!!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. My children’s father owes me over $20k and I even filed a felony against him. He has never taken them overnight in 6 years. What happened? - nothing! This is the most inefficient, unprofessional and useless department in the state. Wayne County Friend if the Court is a joke. Dead beat dads this is your dream!

Judge Williams claybourne stood on my trial that resulted in me losing my daughter. She was a police officer, and former counsel for the sheriffs of Wayne county: my ex husband, my abuser, my kids abuser took our eldest from me as punishment when it became known I was expecting. He has alienated me for two years now, submitted 300 plus pages of proof. He sat on the stand saying he shouldn’t have to tell me anything about our kid he took. Admitted he doesn’t let our kids pee at night which has resulted in medical issues. With no proof, nothing making sense he said my fiancé touched her inappropriately. Same man who didn’t report the teacher who did and said no one does that and it could have cost him to lose his job.. accused my fiancé and ripped our family apart. I lost, with proof of abuse, neglect and alienation. I lost..

Today we went back as I wanted to see my daughter more than twice a month. Well this judge talked to her, didn’t talk to my fiancé like he said he wanted to. Said my daughter wants a relationship and now it’s solely up to her while her father had full physical custody. The same man who had told me “no she’s grounded” when she wanted to stay with me and “for that little stunt I’m not accommodating your counsel outside of parenting time.” Court ordered counseling denial. I told the judge I will never see my kid because he’s done these things.. I went ignored and dismissed.

Today after two years of fighting for my eldest, six years of post separation abuse I lost it in there. I left in a panic attack, crying and screaming I was a great mom and the courts keeps allowing this man to abuse us because he’s a cop. I literally lost it, I have spent years being abused by him and this court room. And it’s vile! These people are horrid and I don’t understand how they can sleep at night

Also I filed April 4th for an emergency hearing due to medical neglect, son came home with an injury that turned out to be a bulge in his l5-s1 and daughter came home with severe untreated strep. Doctor and hospital called CPS.. CPS DOES NOTHING and the courts took my money, let his attorney adjourn it and never rescheduled it.

This system is corrupt, they’re screwing good parents over and their children.. just making sure they keep the money rolling in the future with kids being raised in dysfunction and abuse.

Was homeless and jobless or over a year after leaving an abusive relationship. Of course she got the kids since I was homeless, but of child support comes with that. I finally get a job and it's been over a week of trying to contact them and start payments. They are making it next to impossible to set this up, but I'm on the hook if I end up owing to much money? Make it make sense

Can’t get any help Carl Meyers have my daughter case and will not do his job so that I can receive support my daughter it’s been 9years and they keep telling me that he have my daughter case.when I call he says “I don’t know why they told you I have her case” it’s documented on paper and in the system that he’s over her case and I don’t know who to report to. I can’t make it up to the office because it’s so many unprofessional people who work in the building and want you to figure everything out yourself.

My child support case was opened in 2019. They didn’t “acknowledge” it until 2021. I was served court order dna test papers 3 months ago… as well as him… yet he didn’t show. Does anything happen to him? No. Is there anyway for even my CASEWORKER to reach them? No. Only the customer service number if you have 2 hours to wait. I was basically told there was nothing I could do on my end except wait until Michigan decides to care about single moms instead of deadbeat dads for a split second… and something is maybe done. I’ll wait a few more YEARS and see. I don’t have any other option.
