Had a wonderful experience at Walkersville Eyecare yesterday for my annual eye exam. Dr. Allgaier is top notch- very knowledgeable and professional. He seemed to genuinely care about his patients and I didn’t feel rushed. The office is updated and looks so nice as well! Would highly recommend if you are looking for a new eye doctor.

The staff and doctors here are always super helpful and friendly! My wife and I have been going here for over 20 years and they treat us like family. They are always very thorough and take the time to make sure you understand any issues you may have. I do have to give a shout out to my favorite Dr., Dr. Allgaier!! He's been my dr. from day one and has always been a great person to have as a doctor! He's very easy going and makes the appointment very comfortable if not fun!

The best eye exam and glasses purchase I have ever had. The doctor did more than just figure out my lens. She talked to me and explained what is happening to my eyes over time. She gave recommendations about how to improve my vision in addition to glasses. She was very informative about the reality of how precise my vision could be corrected with contacts compared to glasses. I felt heard.

The man who helped me figure out the options for my glasses explained my insurance benefits in detail. He explained what to do if I was having trouble adapting to my glasses. He explained the warranties. I felt very comfortable that I was making an informed purchases.

I felt even without insurance my glasses would have been more affordable than previous places. There was a nice selections of frames at a variety of price points.

This doctor’s office is hidden away in a shopping center in Walkersville. Don’t let that deter you from making an appointment and seeing them.

As usual, great experience with every staff member. I have been a patient for many years and have never been disappointed. Walkersville Eye Clinic front desk staff are very friendly, organized and efficient. The Eyewear techs are very kind, patient, and helpful. All three doctors in this practice are caring and knowledgeable. Each of them takes the time needed to exam and solve and eye challenges.

Dr. Allgaier was very professional, thorough and very cordial. I felt that I was in very good hands. The exam and refraction was one of the best I have ever experienced. Sharon had ordered a pair of frames she knew would be perfect for me. After many years of dealing with Sharon she once again was spot on. So I can HIGHLY RECOMMEND Walkersville Eyecare.

Been going to care for a year now. I love the friendly environment and very patience with you.The doctor and few of the staffs know sign language is a big plus. There are lots of glasses selection that you can choose. I recommend every one to go to Walkersville Eyecare. You wont regret it.

This was my first time going for an eye exam, and the experience was excellent. I was greeted warmly by the friendly office staff upon arrival, and my wait time was very short. Dr. Allgaier was thorough and explained everything in a clear and easy-to-understand manner. Their selection of glasses is impressive, and the staff member who assisted me was incredibly helpful. She quickly understood my style preferences and guided me toward more affordable options, which I really appreciated.
