I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Mrs. Bernice and Ms. Leanne for their exceptional support in resolving an issue at a previous Visual Eye location regarding my son. He has been wearing his new glasses for just over a week now, and he absolutely loves them! Your professionalism, prompt response, and effective resolution of the matter truly stood out. This experience has shown me that sometimes traveling a bit farther is well worth it for outstanding service. I look forward to visiting this location again in the future

I was a patient of an ophthalmologist in (MD to DC) for over 25 years. The services at his practice were great until eight years ago; the horrendous traffic to and from his office and the waiting room time because of the numerous patients (great eye doctor) became unbearable. I had to make a difficult decision to find another eye doctor closer to home. I was referred to Dr. Nnabue.

Dr. Alexander C. Nnabue is the best in the practice. He and his team takes extensive tests and followups. It is no problem with scheduling appointments for your preference. They really take care of my eyes. This is a first-class customer service office.

Rule of thumb: "Don't be afraid to change doctors."

Dr. Nnabue Is great. However, this is where the greatness ends. I have been a patient of Dr. Nnabue/Visual Eyes for over 17 years and I believe my time as a patient is unfortunately about to come to an end. I’m never motivated to schedule an appointment with their office because I already know I’ll be there all day long. There’s no sense of urgency or respect for any of their patients time. I had a 9:30 am appointment today, skipped over twice, finally seen by the doctor, told I was next to then talk to the next person about ordering contacts, skipped again, and have yet to be helped for the final step. It is now 11:30 am, which means I will likely not be out the door of this office until 12:45 pm. So, I’ve been at this office for nearly 3.5 hours which means I should have taken a half of day at work if I knew my part time job would be serving as a waiting patient at Visual Eyes. I am beyond frustrated with this situation and the fact that nothing is changing. Matter of fact it worsens each and every visit which should be a sign in itself. As much as I love Dr. Nnabue, I am so disappointed that my time with him will have to end. Also, more respectful and knowledgeable staff is needed. No one disrespected me personally, but hearing how one of the staff (the person who prepares ordering contacts and frames) spoke to an elderly patient truly saddened me. This is ridiculous.

I love this eye doctor. I have been coming here since I was 6. The best eye practice in the DMV area. All ages are welcomed.

My appointment was 11:00,I was there on time but I didn’t get seen until 11:45 . They need to do better in scheduling appointments !

Do not go to this location. This is the worst location they always short-staffed . No one in there wants to do their job. I had to come to the location more than three times to pick up glasses for my child and I still cannot get it because the wait time is over an hour and no customers are in there. If you have the option, choose a Different Eye Center or glasses please do because this is not A good one to go to. I will not be coming back.

Order lens for my frames, replaced. Informed visual eyes that I was having headaches from them said I should come in( Mitchellvile). I did they sent me back to (Clinton) for a remeasure. Notified the lenses had arrived. They were set in someone's else's games. Long story short. This will be the last business I have with visual eyes. Lost customer.
