.Same property different names . Management is poor, maintenance specializes in "band aid fixes" . Property ground lack trash cans. Trash, and shopping carts throughout the property walk ways and parking lot regularly. Lack property security .

Charisma was very patient and courteous she made sure to go over all of my paperwork with me , she helped me with the processing of my lease , very attentive, professional, and knowledgeable if I had any questions about the application she went further into detail if I were confused. The office was very neat and clean and welcoming especially the gentle men greeting you as soon as you walk through the door. The lady to the left as soon as you’re entering right next to charisma’s office was very helpful and was well concerned if I needed help with anything . Charisma made sure to email me bin a timely manner if I needed help as well. I can’t wait to see this new journey that awaits my kids and I . Life is unexpected!

From the moment I applied, a leasing consultant by the name of Diane emailed me immediately after approval. From that point on Diane worked EXTREMELY FAST to gather all required documentation for a quick and easy move in. She was not hard to get in contact with AT ALL. The rental office is very nice and clean. The property has been very peaceful since we’ve moved in. I would definitely recommend Palmer Apartments and if you’re ever interested please ask for DIANE!

She gave us all the information we needed to get everything done in a timely manner and we were moved in three weeks after first communicating. I love living in Smallwood it is very spacious. I love having a dishwasher and washer and dryer right on my floor. The office staff is great. Ms. Kirby is great with her communication and very knowledgeable of the work she do and very helpful to her all tenants.

Today I called the office in need of some answers and Shakita definitely went above and beyond to give me the reasons behind her answer from a question I asked. She was detailed extremely detailed and her tone was easy to follow. She seemed eager to help me out. This truly made me feel grateful to live here and also helped me to understand their poly better.
I didn’t get angry that I couldn’t add something to the property because she took the time to help me understand and most importantly she sympathized with me.
This is what I call great customer service. None of the the people at the rental office know I used to be a secret shopper so I pay very close attention to every detail of how I’m treated over the phone an in person; it’s just apart of me now. I give honest and blunt reviews. I’ve noticed after leaving the secret shopper world that so often we look for negative to spread but ignore the positive.
Thanks so much Shakita for how pleasant you were to me on the phone, it actually changed my day for the better and I will definitely do the alternative option 🤩🤩🤩🤩 thanks for the advice.
