Moldy vents, missing window screens they won’t come and replace, and a dirty gym with broken machines they gate. Rental office workers are nice but the manager is very dismissive. Overall just not the place to be.

Update: So now they’ve moved all mail boxes to some specific end of the complex area. And instead of having ur mailbox in the building like everyone else. You have to take a nice jog to get the mail. I wonder what’s next here at the Verona.

First, I want to say that working with Ms. Kendra was such a pleasure. Her communication is wonderful and most importantly, she is going to work with you to make sure things go as smoothly as possible. My job was taking so long for my employment verification which almost landed me on the waitlist. Instead, Ms. Kendra was very persistent and that persistence is the reason I was able to move in sooner rather than later. As for the property, my apartment is spacious. It was in wonderful condition during my move in. Nothing was damaged or dirty. Overall, this has been one of my best move in experiences. No doubt thanks to Ms. Kendra and all of her hard work. Thank you again!

I've been in my apartment for a week now and I can honestly say I feel like I've made the right decision becoming a part of the Verona community its quiet, spacious, and such a great community to live in. I want to give a special shout out to my property staffing agent Kendra Jackson she helped make the application process so easy she was available to answer any questions I had regarding to the application in order of getting me processed and also keep in touch to make sure that my move in process was successful GREAT WORK GREAT STAFF!!

If it wasn't for Joselyn, I may not have moved in. I was never told about the special requirements until 2 days before my move in, I was advised that I had a deposit equal to my rent and the options to pay that. Also, upon going in to apply the Assistant Manager Kendra Jackson was rude and non approachable, until I asked her questions about her disposition, that's when she corrected her attitude. Considering she's a manager and working first line of contact I would expect more customer service than she provided. Also, waking up the first day in the apartment to prepare for work, there was no running water for the shower. Thank goodness I knew someone out here and went to their house to take a shower for work. I've been in the DMV area for a few months, so thank goodness I knew someone. Joselyn gets 5 stars and Kendra Jackson 0.
