I came here to take a tour of the property and see one of their apartments.

When I went, the young lady Ms. Diamond was a pleasure to speak with. She was very informative and patient. She provided me with a lot of information in regards to leasing, parking, the tour, and all that the property offers. During the entire tour, Ms. Diamond was as pleasant as can be, and great customer service.

The gym/fitness center, package room, nice lobby and all was very well kept, and appealing to see. Inside the lobby of the building included a ramp as well as stairs and the building includes elevators. There is washers and dryers on each floor and there is a trash chute on each floor except the main floor. The common space was my favorite (apologies for not taking pictures of it while I was there). The grilling space outside with the seating was also a nice area. The staged apartment was stunning and provided the realism of how you can decorate your own home once inside. There is also assigned parking.

The apartment was very spacious, the views were relaxing.

I absolutely love the apartment itself—it's modern, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The layout is fantastic, and the amenities are top-notch. However, the policy of only providing one parking pass per household is a significant drawback for me. This limitation poses a challenge, especially for households with multiple vehicles. If the parking situation were more accommodating, I would definitely consider moving here. Unfortunately, this restriction is currently preventing me from making the move.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Bugs galore!!!! Not worth it…. Regional manager, Julie Johnson is a joke and the property manager Ms. Dunkins is rude! Definitely not worth it! Serious request and complaints are not fairly handled and you will be told to just move!

Lived here for two years and honestly the best place I lived it’s clean, nice neighbors, 4 minute walk from metro and great gym. Sadly, I had to leave due to the annual rent raises which I do not like when I first moved here it was 1630 now it’s 1700+ for a one bedroom. I wouldn’t change much of anything about this complex except for management. Seth used to be in charge of this complex and was very nice but I felt like Diamond was cold and her tone could be rude at times and that didn’t feel very welcoming… other than that I do think renting here is great idea!

Joshlynn Thomas was so responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciated her service. I visited 5 complexes today and I applied to Verona because of her. Even though I had no appointment she was extremely accommodating!

I recently moved into my beautiful apartment home last week. The staff was amazing from the beginning of the application process to the move in date. Emoni, Diamond and Seth treated me so kind and respectful. I am recommending this property to everyone I know looking to move. The building is very clean, quiet and the residents are very welcoming and friendly. I thank God for allowing me to stumble upon this hidden jewel. Oh! And I forgot to mention that the maintenance staff is fast and on point.
