I have been living at Verde for a few weeks now and overall its been a great experience. The leasing/management team made me feel welcomed from my first visit and worked with me to make sure the move-in process went smooth and easy. I had a few minor issues at move-in but Kayla and Sandra worked quickly to address those issues.

I'm happy with my apartment it is spacious and meets all my needs. I'm looking forward to my time at Verde and will definitely recommend it to others.

This appointment is not that good that you see on the this reviews. Be careful, they use Conservice for water and sewer bill. Both joint ventures try to rip you off if you have issue with the bill and try to solve. You need to keep calling both, one at a time because they don't want to talk with each other to solve the your problem because it's your problem, not their problem. Most likely you can't solve your problem to pay skyrocket bill.
Better to go somewhere else. Don't get excited from their ponzi scream. I made big mistake to took advantage of month free rent.

Two weeks into living at Verde at Greenbelt Station, I can confidently give it five stars. Here’s why:
1. Apartment Quality: My unit was spotless at move-in, with fresh paint, new carpet, and no unresolved maintenance issues. Sandra even preemptively addressed small concerns during the walkthrough, and everything was fixed by move-in day. The design is beautiful, and the finishes, while not luxury-grade, are better than most rentals.
2. Quiet and Peaceful: It’s incredibly quiet here. I haven’t heard a sound from my neighbors, even though I know they’re there. The train noise is minimal and almost calming, and the soundproofing and thick carpeting make a huge difference.
3. Cleanliness: The community is well-maintained, from the hallways and parking garage to the gym and mailrooms. While the trash room was overflowing briefly on the weekend, it was promptly cleaned by Monday.
4. Parking and Security: I love having a reserved spot near my door (thank you, Sandra, for keeping the promise), and the garage and complex feel very secure.
5. Amenities and Maintenance: The gym is well-equipped and rarely crowded. Maintenance is responsive and professional—issues with my heat and fireplace were resolved quickly (thank you Kayla for arranging it on a weekend!).
6. The Attention to Detail
From day one, everything was just right. All the keys and garage passes worked, my mailbox already had my name inside, and the tenant portal had all my documents organized and error-free.

Sandra and Kayla’s professionalism really stood out. Kayla even went above and beyond to monitor my deliveries on move-in day and arranged for a white-glove service to bring my packages to my unit. Both of them are true assets to Verde—make sure to keep them!

Minor areas for improvement: The application process is outdated and slow, and package delivery is chaotic, with items occasionally left in the wrong mailrooms or outside.

Overall, Verde is an excellent place to live, with a peaceful atmosphere, great service, and attention to detail.

Review of Verde at Greenbelt Station: A Modern day Mount Olympus

As an English teacher with a love for Greek mythology, I often find myself drawing parallels between the ancient tales I teach and the experiences I encounter in my everyday life. Living at Verde at Greenbelt Station has become a narrative in itself—a story of comfort, community, and a touch of the divine.

Upon entering Verde, I was immediately struck by the inviting atmosphere, reminiscent of the warm welcome one would expect from a host in a Greek epic. The beautifully landscaped grounds and modern architecture evoke a sense of belonging, much like the embrace of a family home in the heart of Athens. The communal spaces, including cozy lounges and gathering spots, encourage interactions among residents, mirroring the camaraderie found in ancient agoras where citizens exchanged stories and enjoy the pool.

Verde’s amenities are nothing short of heroic. The fitness center, equipped with top-notch machines, empowers residents to pursue their wellness quests, echoing the training of ancient athletes preparing for the Olympic Games. The sparkling pool area serves as a contemporary reflection of the Aegean Sea, providing a refreshing retreat after a long day of teaching. The rooftop terrace, with its breathtaking views, feels like Mount Olympus—an ideal spot to unwind and contemplate the day's adventures.

A Personal Odyssey
In my apartment, I’ve crafted a personal sanctuary that inspires creativity and reflection. The open floor plan and large windows invite natural light, creating an uplifting environment that sparks my imagination—much like the muses who inspired the great poets and playwrights of ancient Greece. I’ve filled my space with books and artwork that tell my own story, creating a haven that resonates with the echoes of the past while embracing the present.

The residents of Verde form a vibrant tapestry of diverse backgrounds and stories, reminiscent of the many characters in a Greek saga. From friendly neighbors who share a cup of coffee in the common area to impromptu gatherings for community events, I’ve found a sense of belonging that enriches my everyday life. There’s something magical about living in a place where connections flourish, much like the bonds formed among heroes on their quests.

The Crossroads of Adventure
Verde’s location adds another layer to this narrative. Nestled near shopping, dining, and entertainment options, it’s akin to being at the crossroads of a bustling city, where one can embark on new adventures daily. Whether it’s a quick trip to the local market or an evening out with friends, the convenience of this location enhances the overall experience of living here.

Conclusion: A Living Epic
Living at Verde at Greenbelt Station is akin to being a character in a contemporary epic—a tale of comfort, community, and endless possibilities. Just as Odysseus faced trials and triumphs, I navigate my own journey here, crafting memories and forming connections that will last a lifetime. For anyone seeking a place to call home that feels both inspiring and nurturing, Verde offers an extraordinary chapter waiting to be written.

I recently moved into a one-bedroom apartment here and absolutely love it so far! The apartment itself is very modern and well designed. I've had no issues with other residents, the community is very welcoming and peaceful. The management team is quick and pays attention to detail. The maintenance team has been extremely helpful, especially the tech Chris, professional, responsive and knowledgeable is an understatement! I've never had any issues with parking and the other facilities and amenities are great. The shopping center near by is also very convenient. Overall, a really nice place to live!

Please don't come. This is a hub of drug addicts. I asked the management office to do some action every time I smell the drug smokes, but they just ignore. What is the point of signing DRUG FREE HOUSING ADDENDUM? They smoke drugs even during the morning. I lived here for more then two years and I regret I extended the lease here. It used to be a good neighbor but as they got difficult and lowered the rent with the "promotions", now here they are. The old residents cannot get a promotion and are still paying not-lowering high rents with worse environment. I endured the infamous awful management of this apartment but the smoking drug issue is crossing the line. I cannot stand the smell, and now I cannot open the windows or ventilate my room without any concerns.
