I feel like our sign is a LED billboard from Las Vegas. The software is so easy to use, putting adds and changing is virtually impossible to mess up. And the customer service is phenomenal, they are polite friendly and always willing to help out! Not enough stars ⭐️ on Google for the quality craftsman ship they do!

Our sign and design came out beautifully! However after being told that we did NOT need internet to have the sign installed and working properly; We now have a sign we can’t change slides on. Due to a chip malfunction. The tech man deceived us an said this issue was fixed, charged us a repair fee and the issue has not yet been corrected. The repair fee was paid before we realized the same issue was not fixed. Our issue has fallen on death ears!!! I just want our beautiful sign to work properly. I want to continue to be a priority customer like we were during the purchase process. It’s been 3 months and the issue has still not be resolved. I’ll update my review after we get results!

The original issue was solved but we still have issues with our sign. It glitches or turns off when temperatures reach over 80*. Technician says that they will come out but we continue to have problems with our beautiful sign every now and then.

Extremely happy about with this company.
Fantastic and quick service from the get go.
What impressed us was the transparency of the business from Mike.
The place was very clean and professional looking and he took time to show me around and answered all my questions. They came out to our business the day after I asked for a quote to measure and speak with me personally.
I had a quote the day after.
Upon obtaining several other quotes for basically the same LED message board, (this was a fairly big one) they beat the competition in price, features and delivery time.

Great product and the install went off without a hitch in just a few hours. The install techs were friendly and their tech guy explained everything in great detail.

Thanks to everyone there for a fantastic experience.

I was extremely impressed. Excellent customer service. Tina at the front desk was just fantastic on giving me the exact color I needed for the background on a banner. Definitely will be back. This place is outstanding. Their prices are reasonable but the customer service that's what makes a big difference

Had a banner made here. They were extremely helpful and the price was certainly right. Only four stars because I had made a grammatical error on what I wanted done, at any other printer I have gone to in the past they would have noticed and at least questioned it. Unfortunately I didn't catch it and they didn't either. Oh well at least they got the color perfect

Just wanted Universal LED to know that the technician Jason was absolutely outstanding and went the extra mile in fixing our sign. It was a difficult assignment that could only be successfully solved by someone with exceptional qualities. I was thoroughly impressed by his ability to problem solve, and then use his expertise and resourcefulness to get our sign back up working again. I've told my partners what a special person he is, someone any successful company would want on board!

Had the tech Jason out to my location to replace blown modules and he was very fast and very knowledgeable about what he was doing. He was able to tell me what wrong and why it went bad. Then was able to promptly get me back up and running again.

Not happy with my decal I ordered paid 47.00 for it and it was not cut right put half of it on and then other half could not put it on. It was that bad so ordered one on line from a different place and paid 11.00 for it and it went on it 2 minutes and looks awesome. I will not order from this place again
