I have a 2015 ram and I've been trying to get led lights to work with the projector housings. Tried cheap bulbs and expensive bulbs. Flicker and randomly shut off all the time. Came across Underground Lighting on a Mopar forum and a few people swore by these guys. After talking with them and ordering their H10 9005 9006 9012 LED Headlight Fog Light Plug & Play Anti Flicker Resistor Canceler Decoder my lights work perfect. Wish I would have found these guys sooner.

Received my new HID's for my SRT8 Jeep GC. Minor oversight with shipping as I received 8000k vs the 6000k I ordered. I used the website's contact form regarding my order and had a response in my inbox within 20 minutes. Correct temp lights are going out today with a return shipping label included. Top notch customer service. Highly recommend. Hope the install and longevity is as painless!

Good evening, I had the pleasure of purchasing some upgrade led headlights for my vehicle, 2019 Tahoe. Before underground, the lights I purchased gave me nothing but problems and what a time to find out on a ten hour drive. However, after hearing about Underground I decided to give them a go… it was a great decision. The nighttime appearance looks great and my view of the road is phenomenal. Every light on the outside of the vehicle is from underground with the exception of the fog lights and that’s next…Satisfied customer!

I have purchased upgraded lights in the past from Underground Lighting and they have exceeded all my expectations. Recently, I was replacing a headlight assembly with a used one and the OEM bulbs would not fit. I sent pictures to Ken and he immediately spotted that LED adapters were installed in the past. He saved me a ton of time and money. You just don't find customer service like this everyday......Steve

After being extremely happy with my purchase of Amber turn signal bulbs, I had some difficulty with the rear brake light bulbs working properly in my '22 Silverado. Danny was phenominal to speak with to address the issue and worked with me to figure out what was needed and sent me different bulbs. These guys respond to emails and answer phone calls in a timely manner and want to make sure you get what you need. Absolutely top notch customer service! I've tried many different brands of bulbs and Underground Lighting seems to have the best selection that work properly. Highly recommend this company!!

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM UNDERGROUND LIGHTING!

I bought a set of 21-23 F-150 LED brake lights in hopes to remove that outdated halogen look.

After spending over $140 in 4 bulbs, I quickly realized two bulbs burnt out in a couple months.

I emailed support and informed them of the issue, and they said I need to send back all 4 bulbs to get the updated version. Cool, no big deal. Right? Wrong.. Another red flag for me - I had to pay return shipping for a product with known issues. So now I’m out even more money for some defective bulbs.

The replacement bulbs finally come in, and work fine for a few months then they go out again. Flickering, flashing, turning on and off. I thought the updated bulbs were supposed to fix that issue? Guess not.

I emailed support AGAIN and Danny basically blamed my truck for the bulbs going out. I asked for a reference on why/how my truck is at fault, and he didn’t provide any additional information.

He then said he could offer 20% on a new set of bulbs.. Really? who in the world would want to buy ANOTHER set of cheap low quality LEDs that don’t even last 6 months without issues?

Underground lighting is a joke and it’s obvious they don’t stand behind their products. You would think “you get what you pay for” but apparently that’s not the case.

If you’re out of the 1-Year warranty, they will tell you to kick rocks and won’t do anything else for you. They’ve got their money - and now I’m out over $150 on some POS bulbs.

Their lightbulbs lasted less than 7 months, warranty process is undesirable/usless, they make you cover all the shipping costs, and when they said that this product got a revision/recalled I still lost all my money for 2 sets. As I mentioned to them: "...not accountability on their part". I asked them to do a partially refund on those and I got no answer.

I literally give them feedback on why their heat sink is not being functional, by the LED array that they are using. But yeah seems like it's my fault for buying with them, so I have to pay for their mistakes.

How can you state that your LED have a revision already within 7 days? You are telling me you went to a redesign, printing, testing, new boards and got new welding evaluations... all of this in less than a week? Feel free to share your evaluations (UL, NEMA, IP) with me if this is true, you have my email. I do know what I'm talking about. Please stop

Buyers aware: this product still for sale on their website, so if your LEDs look like my pictures, most likely would generate same issues.

Danny did offer store credit, but there is nothing that I'm interested after this experience.
