I found a wonderful lovely apt complex that loves people and pet's.The manager and her associate are so kind and helpful.They care about each one of us in the complex.They will do what they can to make us feel good rather it’s any issue that comes up or something that needs addressed right away.The apts are spacious and feel like a real home not just an apt size.They even have a patio at each apt which we can put patio furniture on or small barbecue and it has a roof over it.Very quaint.There is a storage shed attached to each apt and we just love ours . It holds a lot.I could go on and on about how much my family love Trilliam apartments but come and see for yourself.

This place knew that they would not rent to somebody with a bankruptcy and nowhere on their application process does it disclose that. We paid $190 to apply and we wouldn't have done it if we'd known there was no chance of getting in.

It's disgusting and predatory.

My fiancé and I moved here about six months ago and we love it! The one and only minor issue we have is that the internet could be better! We would love to see Fiber internet there, however we have had a great experience and our apartment is both spacious and nice! The people and staff are very friendly as well!

I am interested in an apartment and left a message but have not received a call back. Would like to know if application fee is cheaper if you come in office and do not do it online. $150 is a little high to me especially on the risk of not being approved when you’re a single mom.
