So I was going to order a part on Amazon to replace the outside cover to our dryer vent but I noticed in the description it said sold by Tribles….perfect. I call and give the guy the UPC number from Amazon and yes, he says they have plenty in stock. He takes my last name and puts it on hold and tells me it’ll be at the counter; just give the name. Gives me the address and I give the info to my husband. My husband brings me the part but it’s the entire piece to include the metal piece which is not what I needed; only the white cover on Amazon is showing for a cheaper price. I call and attempt to explain what I need to a lady that answers the phone. She’s interrupting and trying to talk over me which is VERY annoying especially when I’m trying to explain why I’m calling. After her final comment of well you didn’t talk to me🤔 I realized she must be the lady the other reviews are referring to. I told her I spoke with a man, she puts me on hold and comes to tell me a bald faced lie; he said your husband gave him the part number when he came in and that’s why he gave him that part. Nowww you’re not only a rude bitty but you or him are liars. After trying to correct her and she steady interrupting me, I finally told her that SHE must be the rude lady the other customer reviews are talking about. Of course now she tries to say well you’re hollering at me, just talk to me. Lol I politely told her you lack customer service talking over me and constantly interrupting me while I’m talking which I can’t stand; have a good day ma’am and hung up. Reading the reply from someone at the store, apparently you didn’t have a talk with her or if you did, she just plain doesn’t care that she lacks customer service etiquette. She needs to work at the the back away doing inventory away from customers and the phone.

Rude as hell!

Two ladies at the counter, one (the older one), was at least trying to help. The other had the audacity to tell me, "If I come at the same time tomorrow, the door would be locked!" Thanks for telling me you close the door to the store you don't own EARLY! I understand I walked in closer to closing, but the attitude was completely unnecessary. To be clear... It wasn't a statement, like ma'am we lock up at 4:50. It was very much, if you try again at the same time tomorrow, the door will be closed.

And she didn't have to worry about me the next day or any other day for that matter. I will NEVER go there again! Not even for convenience.

There are too many complaints here for their NOT to be something done about the customer service representatives at that store. This is ridiculous!

THIS BRANCH IS TOASTED!
the website says it has the parts then you call, and nothing is there
or so the rep told me.
but I don't think she even got up from the seat to go check
because she told don't have it right away.

I needed a part for my dishwasher, and these guys had it on hand. Blue home improvement box told me special order, weeks out. Thankfully my family will be able to live normally. I'm glad places like this exist and sell to the public. Understand that this is a professional supply house, they aren't here to hold your hand or coach you through your trouble. If you're not competent with fixing things, you should consider hiring a repair service.

Great prices. Terrible service. I mean absolutely no one I have had to conduct business with has been customer friendly. While I have to do business for my company, I will NO LONGER do business for personal reasons. I rather spend more if the service matches the price. Highly recommend customer service training.

Customer service is horrible. There's a older lady works at the dealer side counter, she treats customers the worst possible way. Literally, she ignores customers. I had to order the part from Ebay because she refused answer a simple question related to the part I wanted purchase from them. I hope she doesn't treat other customers the way she treated me.
