Recently I contacted Town Line Power Equipment in order to address multiple issues that I was experiencing with my Husqvarna 48 inch cut tractor. When I reached out to them, I wasn’t completely enthused after I read reviews posted on multiple sites regarding the business. Incidentally, they are not the only business that I contacted regarding my predicament. In most cases, I tend to throughly research companies that I am in need of doing business with and then make the most informed decision based on a myriad of factors. Bottom line, after some consideration, I decided to take a chance and see if Town Line Power Equipment could deliver what I was looking for regarding the service of my tractor. In my particular case, Town Line Power Equipment not only met my expectations, they exceeded them. This is somewhat of an accomplishment, since I am not an easy customer to impress. I expect companies to positively serve the professions they claim to be in. Town Line Power Equipment did that, and I will strongly consider them in the future for any similar type services. Lastly, Town Line Power Equipment has endured many negative reviews that center around poor communication skills. Communication is a two way street. The customer bears responsibility in being an effective communicator also whenever they enter into an arrangement or agreement with a company for service. Based on my experience, I believe that if you are willing to meet Bob and his staff at Town Line Power Equipment with clear and concise instructions and communication, they will try their best to serve your needs and requests. I would be seriously remiss if I didn’t recognize Norman, the mechanic at Town Line Power Equipment who fixed my tractor and explained the entire process to me. He was phenomenal in my estimation.

They're out of business. We went there to pick up a friend's generator and they are no longer there. Don't know what happened to the generator. The business was sold and it is no longer conducting this business anymore would have been nice to know or contacted about picking up our equipment

I explained what happened to my snow blower over the phone and Bob told me the probable cause was a belt to the auger was broken or off.
Of course he was right.
They had the replacement belt in shop.
I was hoping to have it fixed by the next snowstorm but it was even quicker.
Excellent customer service, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient staff.

This is the first time I have done business with Town Line and Power. I was requesting information and also to attain a part . Mary returned my call right away and she and Bob got the exact part I needed. I could not believe she actually delivered the part to my work saving me time and energy. Bob and Mary were very knowledgeable of what I needed and service was more than I would ever expect. I own three tractor mowers , three chain saws and multiple gas powered tools. I am certain I will be returning to Town Line Power again, Thanks Mary and Bob !

Bob and he his crew are awesome!!! I called the day before a snow storm to ask if I could get the belts changed on my snow blower. The answer was quick as Bob said “absolutely we can get it done for you.” I brought my machine in at 1230pm and I picked up my machine the following morning just in time for the storm. I also bought a Generac generator while I was there, my original plan was to go to Home Depot for the generator but Town Line was $5 more and they set up the machine, oil, gas and ran generator to make sure it works properly. If I could give 10 stars I would and will be a long time and loyal customer. Thank you to Bob and his crew those guys are awesome.

Just purchased a snow blower from Town Line. Bob and his gang were great to deal with. Answered more questions than they probably wanted to without batting an eye, returned calls promptly, and were quick to get my manuals out to me even though I left them at their shop. Town Line Power has been excellent from the very first moment I walked in the door. I have done business with them from the simplest lawnmower blade sharpening to a full restore of my rusted snowblower. Their commitment to excellent service and doing the job right the first time have never ceased to impress me. They have always stand behind their work and time-frames. I have recommended them to my friends and neighbors and coworkers.

They take the time to not only explain what they do and why they do it but always instruct and educate you. The knowledge and instructions that they provide go a long way in helping the customer use the equipment more efficiently. This helps the customer accomplish getting whatever chore it is done faster.

Thank you to the staff of Town Line Power for the way you have taken care of me. I appreciate everything you have done for me.
