TLC does a very nice job on my clothes, and their staff is friendly and very helpful.
My son needed a military press for a uniform, and they did a great job, even touching it up for me where it was off just millimeters. (His academy is very picky about the seams.) Though it was busy, they didn’t flinch and offered to repress two of the shirts on the spot until perfection was achieved.
Great customer service, excellent dry cleaning! Highly recommended!

** I do not recommend getting suit alterations done at this establishment !!! **
I had two high-end suits in which I inherited from a family member and I was looking to lengthen the sleeves, take out the seat of the pants (to make a bit bigger around waste), and lengthen the pant leg. I started by setting up an appointment with the tailor at this cleaners. After getting to my appointment 3 minutes late (in which I called letting them know I would be a few minutes late) the tailor asks me to get my suits on - so far, so good. After coming out of the fitting room, I hear bickering between the tailor and the woman who works in the cleaning section about some customer who comes in regularly - this is where I started to sense something was off.
After she was done with her conversation she takes one look at me with the suit on and says "Yea I was worried about this - I am not going to be able to help". Without even feeling to see if there was enough material on the arms she insists that she could not work on my suit since there was "no material left". She says the same with the seat of the pants. The same thing happened with the other suit. What was more disappointing to me was her tone. She was taking out some sort of anger on me for no reason. ** She did mention to me that she was having a bad day so take this into account ** On the way out she says to me "I hope you find a suit that fits you"...
The kicker to this whole situation was I went to a more tenured tailor in Worcester and he was able to do all my alterations no questions asked and with no excuses! My old suits now looks great and fit like a glove. There was enough room on the arms and in the seat unlike the opinion from this tailor.
She may do a good job on other clothing items but I did not like her brash tone and the way she treated me.

I dropped a faux fur blanket off back in June. My cat had vomited on it and after cleaning any solids out I brought it straight to the cleaners (within an hour) The fur was wet but the underside was not. I showed them the wet spot and they said as long as I was ok with a wet clean (instead of dry clean like the tag suggests) then they could get it clean. I said that was fine. They said it would be a bit (probably August) before they could get it done. I was shocked at the turnaround time and asked if it was ok to sit that long. They assured me it would be just fine and they’d take care of it. I went against my better judgement and left it with them trusting it would be fine. I picked it up a few days ago and they said they got it clean and they charged me $20. When I got home I took it out of the bag and saw it was covered in mold stains on the underside. I called and the woman claimed she cleaned it the day I brought it in and 3 times after that and couldn’t get the spots out. She insisted that’s how I dropped it off. I told her it was NOT how I dropped it off and that the fur was just wet with no stains at all and that she must have let it sit for all that time and then realized it was moldy from sitting and the couldn’t get it out. After a bit of back and forth she finally agreed to a refund. I should have found a different cleaner but I’d been to this one before and figured I could trust them. Clearly I was wrong. They accept more than they can handle and now my $100 blanket is ruined. I won’t be using them anymore.

Went to their tailor to get my dress hemmed and explained my situation (that I needed the dress in three days for a wedding). I would have been fine if they turned me away, but the woman had already marked up the dress and insisted on taking it. Not to mention how rude she was being when I already explained to the owner of the cleaners that I needed a quick turnaround time and would have been FINE if they just turned me away. I called two days later and was told the dress was “at her house and not finished”. I’m sorry, but don’t take business that you can’t come through on. I would have preferred honesty, but what really upset me was that I couldn’t even go grab my dress and just wear it as is. The owners ended up getting it done before they closed for the day, but charged me a ridiculous amount for barely anything done. I’ll make sure to take my business elsewhere going forward.

I received amazing service. I called them at 430 in desperation, seeing if I could get a suit cleaned for the next morning. Jim did all he could to see if they could meet my deadline and recommend just pressing it which is all I really needed. I was able to go back and get it that night. I would thoroughly recommend using them. They go above and beyond for their customers.

TLC Cleaners always comes through for me, including in times when I'm in a pinch.
My stained clothes are always returned spotless and they accommodate quick turnarounds, including one time I needed a suit pressed the same day.
I'm so impressed that they remember my family, too. A true-blue local business I'm proud to support now and in the future.

Just arrived at a wedding with my dry cleaning from TLC and they destroyed the button on my suit. Let’s pretend it was destroyed before (which is was not as it’s a new suit) but you ALWAYS check the buttons, and if you need to you charge the customer to fix it. Now I’m in the middle of no where and I can’t button my suit.

Family owned/operated business. They’re always a pleasure to talk to and pay attention to the fine details. I go here regularly for my dry cleaning needs. And they’re honest (constantly returning “found” money that I forget in my pockets). A one of a kind business.
