Arrogant and condescending.

I only brought the car here because that’s where the remote start was installed and it’s not my car.

Remote stopped working so I went to get them checked out after I put new batteries in one and it still wasn’t working.

I was immediately accused of putting in cheap batteries and that’s why they weren’t working, even though I never replaced the batteries in the second remote that he admitted was completely dead and not working while the other was.

Agreed to pay the $15 per remote battery change charge just to make sure they were working before I left.

Tried to make conversation and asked if he had the upgrade takeover feature we could purchase. He didn’t know what that meant and when I explained it, he said it’s not possible. I said other brands have it and I’ve had 3 other cars and they all had it. (Same make and model) and I even installed them myself. He said there’s no way that’s possible on these cars and he’s been doing this job a long time and knows what he’s talking about.

I like to support local car businesses and was going to consider a speaker install in one of my other cars but I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Remote starters are super cheap and easy to install yourself, don’t waste your time or money here. Picture attached of a remote starter that has takeover features as well as a bunch of other features.

Condescending and flat out rude. I went down and got a cost estimate for my grandsons car and it was $1250.00. Dropped it off in the evening and went down the next evening to pick it up, no phone call stating it was done. My grandson and I were about 10 min late, we looked for the keys, no communication. I called and left a message and called him back the next day. Very rude, we went down and he asked if he needed to explain it and I said yes, he said I was talking to your grandson. Well I paid for it, just made you feel small. Will never get my money AGAIN. He was nice before you paid. Imagine that….

Got my husband Chrysler 300 done here. We got the Tesla screen installed and the key button start thing done for a super fair price. I didn't trust anyone else to do it and to do it right. He had it done way faster than I imagined and the guy who does the work is a straight shooter. He's not a fake friendly salesman so that's not what you're going to get. You are going to get quality work at a good price done in better time than anyone else in town and again I stress the work is going to be done right and it's going to look professional!!!!! It was so important to me that we didn't have wires hanging all over the place. I just bought my first ever new vehicle and know exactly who I'm taking it to. It's too hard to find good honest work!!!!!

1st time ever here. An associate of mine, their boyfriend gave her a remote starter for her vehicle for Christmas and she was super happy.

(Thumping rip offs) should be there name. They wanted $150.00 up front to install a monitor I bought & brought to them with blue tooth & more. & hide wires & connect backup camera in the trunk. They put back up camera up in headliner in back window. & put it in upside down. Called them & they said they needed a bracket to put in trunk. It came with a bracket. They get 0 stars for real in my book.😡😡😡🤬 Don't recommend them at all

I called to get a quote on having a double din touchscreen head unit installed. I hadn't bought one yet. The guy who answered told me he couldn't give me a quote until he knew the manufacturer of the unit. I'm not stupid. A Kenwood, Alpine, Sony, Jensen, or any other kind of stereo are all compatible with dash kits and wiring harnesses. None of them takes an appreciable amount of labor to install over another. The guy's tone was condescending too when I questioned him about that. Very glad I didn't let them touch my vehicle.

Shop uses cheap parts off of eBay for remote starter installs. Do not waste your time or money. Rude and unprofessional owner. Install caused car to stall. Owner refused to assist with correcting the issue.
