My husband brought our mower in 3 to 4 weeks ago, and he was told at that time it would be a week. He called back after a week to be told it would be done the following week. Today I went in to see when we could expect it to be completed and was told 7-10 more days. After he indicated that he stated it wasn't a priority to be honest. Wow!!! Didn't know when you ran a business that this was the attitude you want to be projected toward your customers. So disappointed as I moved from a big city to a small town hoping for people who took pride in what they did. Boy have I been wrong, not the first time receiving customer service this poorly.

I took my Stihl Weed-eater to Thomas to see if I was mixing my gas correct. He told me it was the Carburetor or the Choke. So I left it with him to fix. He took the Original Orange switch off and Replaced the Choke Switch with a Red EBay switch. After I couldn’t get it to start again I decided to take it to the Stihl Tech and that’s when I found out that Thomas had Replaced my Choke Switch with an EBay ordered part, which by the way doesn’t work and Thomas had to have known that. But I guess his plan was for me to have to keep bringing it back so he could keep making money off me. Why would someone do something so Cruel. There’s no telling joe many other people that Thomas has done dirty like this. Seems like he orders these cheap EBay parts to put on people’s good Lawn Mowers and Weed Eaters so they can keep bringing them back. Don’t be his next Victim. He needs to Refund everyone who’s Equipment that he’s ever worked on. Stop doing this to people, Mr. Thomas. We all work too hard for our money to let you continue to rip people off, intentionally!

Always friendly staff and excellent service. Timmy Thomas is the best small engine mechanic around. If he's backed up for some reason , I'll wait until he can fix my equipment. It's extremely rare that I'll take my equipment anywhere else to be worked on.

I just thought I had received bad service from other companies and people before, but in 64 years I have been naive. I left a mower for a carburator rebuild, was quoted 70$ and 20 for labor on a oil change as I already had the filter and oil. So the pricing was agreed to and I was told to call in a week.
When I called I was told that the bill was 300$. Then I made a horrible mistake, I asked him why he didn't call me before tripling the agreed to price. He said he wasn't capable of rebuilding the carburator and had to replace it. I said I didn't understand why I didn't get a phone call.
At that point I was told"I don't give a GD wether you come get it or not, the moth__ ___ker can sit outside till it rots for all I care." in a loud and clear way. NEVER AGAIN
