I moved into the Verona last year and honestly liked my apartment. I had to move due to a Roach problem, but if it wasn't for that I would have definitely stayed longer ! Other then that the neighborhood was quiet for the most part and Maintenance and the leasing office was decent to work with.

Our entire application and move in process was great. Ms. Keneisha kept us abreast of all the information regarding our unit and was quick to reply to any email or concerns. We love the unit, the neighbors are pretty quiet and we can’t wait to see how this year goes. The only thing that keeps me from giving a 5 star review is maintenance, the apartment was painted but not really cleaned well. Lots of carpet pieces, they even left the 5 gallon bucket of paint on our porch and some of our blinds are missing panels. The management team seems to be holding it down and very knowledgeable about the property, if only the maintenance people had the same efficiency in their jobs.

I stopped in with no notice on a Saturday for a tour and was immediately impressed by how professional and well-kept the office was. The property manager, Lorena Ramirez, personally gave me a tour of the model unit, walked me through the application process, and answered all of my questions. She was incredibly patient, friendly, and professional throughout. I am hoping to rent in this complex and look forward to working with Ms. Ramirez and to meeting her assistant, Kaneisha Goodman, who Ms. Ramirez also said is great and very responsive. ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES!!! If I could leave 0 stars I would.. whatever you do, DO NOT MOVE INTO APARTMENT BUILDING 3508!!!! It is HIGHLY roach infested! I’ve been living here since August and when I say I’ve had roaches since day 1! Today is June 20th and I killed 5 roaches today alone. The exterminator comes only on Wednesday and does a fast and horrible job. I talked to the property manager about moving into a different building and she says there are none available and that the exterminator says it’s “low activity” like who the CARES that you THINK it’s low activity There should be no activity!! If your lease stated roaches I would’ve never applied. I’m not paying to live with roaches. I am pissed and will turn every single person away who asks me about this complex.

Not to mention I lived across from someone who works for the building and for some odd reason she moved out and now lives over in apartment building 3010.. she must have had roaches as well but they accommodated her. Just whatever you do, don’t move here!

Omg! I love it here! Maintenance is phenomenal. It’s been a 24 hr turn around and I never have to remind them to follow up. Landscaping is nice, community is quiet, dumpsters emptied on a regular basis, no trash in community, Quiet community, ample parking, management great at communication. This has been the best rental community so far that I have ever stayed in since 2005.

I’ve been living here since 2019, and the complex has had its fair share of management takeover. But to me, this is by far the worst staff I’ve experienced yet. As another comment stated, they’re pushing people out of their units to put in “updated” units which are actually a complete downgrade. If they don’t have one available on the property, they will ask you to find somewhere else to live. Water builds up in the sink, the sq foot goes down but the rent goes up, the closets are half the size… and the layout looks incomplete.

Outside of the property manager, the front desk staff is beyond rude. They’ve implemented new rules and policies, when you ask if they’re new policies, the ones with no hair responds “it’s not new, it’s how it should’ve always been.” But it wasn’t that way before so it’s new. She has smart mouth and completely lacks customer service skills unlike the previous leasing agents. The manager (Lorena) has been pleasant and helpful but that may be the only person aside from the maintenance team.

I hate that I’ve renewed my lease here (but I was pressured into a transfer which restarted my lease) because I would absolutely move out. I don’t recommend this complex to anyone. Screened in balconies & washer/dryers are not worth your cars being vandalized, disrespectful front desk workers, and crowded parking.

Also, those are not hardwood floors. They’re made out of whatever the blades on the ceiling fan are made of. Some kind of plastic.
