We have had a very bad experience with the installation from the shade store. The products were good but within an year of installing the blinds, one of them broke in between and fell and injured my hand. Thank God was not my kids!! I mentioned this to the person I worked with - Mitra from Danville location and they had taken no action until I had to call the main headquarters to schedule an appointment. They also drilled some unwanted holes at the beginning and had to come and close them later. Very disappointing service especially to chase them even after explaining the incident.
