Had a great experience with lighting geek and Tommy the owner. They helped to design my backyard lighting and I’m so glad I took Tommy’s advice for his design input. It turned out amazing! I also had a sprinkler issue that I originally thought was related to the lighting install but after further troubleshooting it wasn’t. However, Tommy still took ownership of helping to resolve my sprinkler system issue and went way up and beyond customer service. I would highly recommend this company for their communication and overall customer experience..

The lighting geek team dropped by today to perform maintenance on our system. A few lights had stopped working. They were able to debug and locate the problem area and make the repair rapidly. There was a bit of digging involved, and they left the area neat and tidy afterwards. Out of all our remodel upgrades, the most rewarding has been our landscape lighting. I’m glad to have our system fully operational for the Fall entertainment season.

September 2023: My landscape lights suddenly stopped working this weekend, so I called Lighting Geeks Monday morning. Tommy was out a couple of hours later to check out the problem. There was no problem, other than the system needed to be restarted. He gave me a tutorial on how to use this new transformer and what to expect when it restarts. I feel so much better!!

Tommy and Bev are always a pleasure to work with, and I’d recommend them in a heartbeat.

June 2023: Lighting Geek installed our landscape lighting almost 10 years ago. Since then, plants have grown, died, been moved or added, and a couple of lights got old and died. All in all, it was time for a refresh. I managed to make most of the updates myself, but took one big step over the line when I tried adding a couple of new lights to the main line and when I tried replacing new lights. So, frustrated, I gave up and called Lighting Geek for help. I
talked to Bev, who was totally supportive and sent Tommy out a couple of hours later that day. Tommy, too, was informative, supportive, and a genuine pleasure to chat with about garden lighting and gardening in general. Then Mark, the maintenance tech, came out, saw what I did and what I needed, and got everything working again. No pressure, no hard sell, just support. So, a BIG THANKS to the team!

Very pleased with the lighting job done by The Lighting Geek and his team. We had a quite old yard lighting scheme that was in urgent need of an update. Tommy came out promptly and laid out a plan that really made the backyard stand out. The resulting lighting is both functional and aesthetic. The combination of path lights, up lights and down lights created a really nice ambiance and lighting the yard without overdoing it. Tommy was able to find a solution that worked with our budget as well.
