En general la atención es muy satisfactoria ,Variedad en sus artículos en venta . ( Recomiendo que sean mucho más cuidadosos en el área de devoluciones me tocó ver a un trabajador que las cosas las avienta a las cajas eso daña más la mercancía y probablemente las compremos de nuevo, los baños necesitan más atención en el aseo.)

I highly recommend the Home Depot Design Center and John Williams. I am remodeling one full bathroom and adding a primary bathroom and John was extremely helpful with putting the project together and keeping me within my budget. Anna Skinner was also very helpful with some design questions. She is extremely knowledgeable. I had visited Ferguson previously and found the Home Depot Design Center to have more ideas and products and better overall service.

We were not satisfied regarding the lack of communication between the design staff, project coordinator and construction team which resulted in time delays, extra trips to design center, over estimate costs, and wrong materials ordered. The construction crew were efficient and helpful in getting our project completed. We were pleased with their workmanship.

Had to search for staff assistance. They are kind & forthcoming helpful. Looking for a rebuild of my shower stall of master bath. HOWEVER this showroom is ONLY for COMPLETE installations or rebuilds!!! That would be nice to know up- front as it was a 45 minute drive from my home. Staff was nevertheless very helpful.
