Enjoyable experience - the focus group leader was friendly & tried her best to make it bearable. 2 hours of non-stop questions is tiring though. I will say the time went quickly because we covered a lot of ground and didn't take any breaks.

Rude and unhelpful staff. Even though I was approved for a focus group, they didn't believe me when I arrived. I showed them proof of a previous purchase and they still didn't believe me. No one else was asked to show proof. Just me. They made me leave without compensation even after telling me they would pay me. I got a mumbled "sorry" on my way out. A waste of time. Rude staff. Avoid!!
