This apartment complex is a public nuisance. Their loud obnoxious fire alarms are constantly going off (multiple times a week sometimes, for multiple hours on end) not only disturb the residents of this apartment but the MANY people that live nearby - so loud they can be heard through closed windows! Additionally, there are consistently people loudly fighting with each other late into to night. Do not recommend living here or anywhere near here.

Do not make a mistake of renting at this property. The building is poorly managed. The building manager is lazy and incompetent . The building is supposed to be a smoke free building, but they do not enforce the smoking policy. My apartment constantly reek of cigarette smoke from neighbors cigarette smoke coming into my apartment. I have complained several times to the leasing office and they have done NOTHING about it. Imagine having a long day at work just to walk into your apartment and be greeted by secondhand smoke. The fire alarms constantly go off at odd times of the night, because of faulty water pipes that the building refuses to fix. Do yourself a favor and don’t spend your hard earned money with a property that does not care or listen to the tenant’s complaints. I love my unit, but ownership needs to do something about the current building management.

I can't say enough great things about Ashley, the property manager at The Flats at Wheaton Station! She is incredibly helpful and communicates effectively, always ensuring that everything gets done smoothly.

Ashley is respectful and truly attentive to my needs, making the entire experience enjoyable. I appreciated her transparency throughout our stay, and when we moved out, we received our full deposit back without any hassle!

The only minor issue we encountered was with our on-site storage, but Ashley addressed it promptly and efficiently, which was impressive.

Thank you, Ashley, for all your support! If we ever move back to Maryland, The Flats will absolutely be our first choice!

As is commonly understood, identifying the perfect living space in an urban setting is often elusive. Nonetheless, one can find the next best alternative. Approximately a year ago, my family of three, along with our small dog, relocated to the Flats at Wheaton Stations. I must acknowledge that this has proven to be an excellent choice for us. The courteous and articulate staff has consistently addressed our inquiries and apprehensions over the past year. Although there are certain amenities I wish the property offered, the location and quality of the apartment compel me to rate this property 4.5 stars. I would readily recommend it to friends and family. The property manager, Ashley, is amicable, and the maintenance team consistently demonstrates readiness and awareness in addressing any issues that arise, as is typical for any apartment complex.

I absolutely love The Flats at Wheaton Station! This community offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. The apartments are spacious and well-maintained, making it a lovely place to call home.

The management team is outstanding, always responsive and attentive to residents’ needs. They create a welcoming atmosphere that truly enhances the living experience. The location is ideal, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation, making everyday life a breeze.

Additionally, the amenities are top-notch, from the fitness center and pool to the beautifully landscaped grounds. I particularly appreciate the convenience

Common issues were poor communication about maintenance/ scheduled building repairs, alarms going off, and doors/ garage doors left open or broke. Found mold & water damage in the bathroom, which took them months to repair the hole they cut in the ceiling.

I really like living here. My apartment size is great and the community is very modern. I’ve never had any issues with management or my neighbors, so that’s a plus. No complaints this far! I would recommend.

Moved in last March and moved out in April this year and let me tell you.., on my way out I burst out crying this has been such a terrible place to live in the state. I wish I would have truly read these horrible reviews and ran away. 1) the day I was given my keys I went for a quick walk through kitchen was still dirty, toilet had pee, a shelf was broken. 2) once I moved in the dryer had to be done 3 times to dry clothes in my entire time living here the part they needed was “on its way” and I moved out never arrived 3) moved in with a fireplace but it wasn’t fixed until January of this year 4) in August one of the hottest months my family and I were left without AC I told them the first night they provided 1 ac unit I complained so much they gave me a 2nd one on that 2nd night they hadn’t installed the ac correctly it made it worse it took 6-7 days for a contractor to come out 5) the office staff was always dismiss and rude 6)mold in my sink and ceiling their maintenance will never admit there’s a problem 7) my car rental got towed because of a parking permit they were supposed to leave in my mail and never did 8) a month before I move out my mom is helping deliver things to my office in my car (2020 suv) with my keys and property manager harassed my mother an older Mexican woman if she lived there and blocked her path wouldn’t let her through at all and then when I brought it up to her and regional manager they said my mother exaggerated 9) it’s so dirty constantly 10) neighbors do not have common courtesy 11) please don’t move in there are so many better apartments in the area. There is absolutely no luxury in these “luxury apartments”
