Huge thank you to the new property management company, Lyon Living. From the moment they took over, they have significantly enhanced our living experience with numerous improvements, repairs and upgrades. Within just a week, they have made remarkable changes.

Lyon Living promptly addressed our ongoing maintenance issues that had been unresolved since we moved in, which the previous owners never fixed. Their efficient resolution was incredibly relieving.

They have also beautified the exterior and interior common areas, making the environment much more enjoyable and aesthetically pleasing. Their attention to detail is impressive, reflecting their pride in maintaining the property to a high standard.

The staff is exceptionally pleasant, positive , welcoming, and professional. They go above and beyond to ensure residents' satisfaction and our needs are met, with a friendly attitude and willingness to help.

Having Lyon Living take over has been a breath of fresh air as they have made a positive impact on our community.

Living at Te Dylan is awesome! The units are beautiful and the amenities are great. It's very quiet and the views are amazing! The staff is absolutely amazing as well. I just met Dawn today and she is very nice and was very helpful in assisting me with a package. If anyone is looking for a new place to live, definitely come visit The Dylan. You'll love it!

Not sure where to start first. Fantastic Staff I absolutely love 💗 my unit. Excellent maintenance staff they address any issues that may arise promptly and efficiently. Can’t say enough about The Leasing Agent Risha her Professionalism and kindness is unmatched. The property is beautiful the location is perfect it’s definitely The Bay Area’s Hidden Gem 💎. I like to share my experience, everyone that works at Dylan’s is truly amazing and approachable. Some days I come in really tired from work and the energy I get from the office is amazing (Risha) 💜always willing to assist and we also have great conversations. I see Risha work ethnic Moving to Boss Status🩵 the office even go as far as asking Is there anything you need how was your day? my current experience with Ruben today was very delightful 🦋I needed some help and Ruben went above and beyond to assist. I see a great future for Ruben and this role moving forward along with his role model.Dawn O’Brien what a pleasant person.🌺 The whole staff is on point.💜✅ I’m happy to call this home… 🙏🏽🦋🩵

The terms of the lease change at their leisure. Great location for 1-2 years, but do not live facing the courtyard. There will be little to no notice of rentals and the noise will last late into the night. Very pet friendly but owners neglect to clean up after their dogs quite a bit. And most importantly, the bait and switch is real. The rents and fees are higher than expected, but perks in the lease, such as assigned parking disappear with no refund or reduction in rent. For $3400/month, it’s cheaper than some, not others. What’s good: location, nice gym, walking areas, proximity to stores. What needs improvement: truth in advertising, changes in leasing terms, parking. You win some, lose some. I have been here almost two years: I will not renew the ever-changing lease.

Richa is the best she helped us through all the applications. She’s also a very pleasant person to work with and handles sensitive items with care. The Cleaning staff and maintenance people are very nice and responsive. I appreciate how attentive they are.

I had a problem with the hot water line for the clothes washer and Chris the maintenance supervisor handled my situation quickly. He took the time to make sure that both incoming water lines had full pressure. I am very satisfied with Chris and his professionalism. 5 stars across the board!

The team here at the Dylan is amazing. From the leasing staff to the maintenance crew. Since day one, the leasing staff has made this complex truly feel like a home. Terrisha and Jazmin in the office are both rays of sunshine that I look forward to interacting with them whenever I can!

As far as the maintenance crew, Chris and Aaron are amazing at what they do. Not only do they fix things with the upmost care, they also keep you informed along the way. We had an issue with some water intrusion during the last atmospheric river and they were here right away to assess the situation and come up with a plan. Aaron actually just left from a request I made for sink not draining and he left the area spotless!

My only callout for the property is the EV chargers haven’t worked in a while. It appears since Enel X Way shutdown their services in late 2024, a new vendor hasn’t been selected yet. Looking forward to Lyon Living getting those EV chargers up and running soon!
