I’ve lived in several apartment complexes over the years, and I can confidently say this is by far the best experience I’ve had.
Fatima, I want to thank you for everything you’ve done for me from day one, whether was answering questions, handling maintenance requests quickly, or just a smile, you bring a level of care and professionalism that’s rare to find these days. It makes a huge difference knowing someone genuinely cares about the community. You have been friendly, and incredibly responsive.
My unit is modern, spacious, and quiet. Everything from the appliances to the finishes feels high quality. And I really appreciate how well-insulated the building is — I rarely hear my neighbors, which makes a huge difference.
It’s also in a great location — close to shopping, dining, and major highways, but still tucked away enough to feel peaceful. If you want to workout the gym has it all for sure. I love it.
This place checks every box: comfort, convenience, safety, and a true sense of community. I’m so glad I chose to live here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a new place to call home.

I have only been here a little over a week. These are nice apartments and I am generally pleased. However, the resident portal for maint and bill payment has a blurb (pic) that they are AIRBNB friendly. But the lease agreement expressly prohibits subletting with AIRBNB and their ilk. So which is it?

This is a nice place. The maintenance people are friendly and reliable-Eduardo is wonderful. Mostly clean-they need a second dumpster. Grounds are well-kept. Mail area is great.
Marissa (manager) is nice.
Walmart, post office, nearby. Publix down the road. Library isn’t too far. Beach is close enough

Do not recommend. It’s not the worst out there, and all apartments have varying negative areas, but allow me to explain. First, with the pics shown, instead of going through the trouble of coordinating removal (as there are plenty in FL, just like the gators!) they now opt for $10 signs and leave it. Screw your kids and pets. Their staffs leave as fast as can count due to frustrations with their managers and leadership, also resulting in a constant inability to be helped with anything happening. On move in I had a huge hole in my tub/shower and couldn’t bath at home for most of a month while begging them to fix, then only to spend months fighting for some sort of credit for the time and to be laughed at. Was promised as a part of lease frequent pest control, haven’t seen them in 6mos and my apartment is overrun and having to source myself. All but one delinquency (the shower!) on my move-in checklist remains damaged and unrepaired. They promise security and access gates, and yet they have been broken and unrepaired for all but a month period of my lease so far, so – open access to the world. People have been posting and complaining about their mail and packages being stolen from doorsteps (geez, I bet gates would help). Their trash location sports signage saying cameras will catch and fine you for dumping stuff outside, and yet for months there are disgusting stacks of debris and trash left outside. Don’t revel at the community complex you first see, it is closed and locked at all angles every evening and all day every wknd – you know, when we are home from work and would like to enjoy, trust me you can’t. My own complex have been literally raided by police multiple times, with one unit then forcibly vacated and a biohazard cleaning team there the next day (I really don’t want to know at this point). The pool and collective area is barely enjoyable with people inviting every one of their area friends over and taking it over constantly, even weekdays. This is a classic example of a beautiful looking place with great opportunity imploding due to poor management and a lack of investment to maintain and upkeep. In my final lease month now and laughed at the mailer asking to renew. If they read this they are welcome to call me to discuss.

I been here almost 2yrs and from my personal experience, I absolutely love it here. Each and everyone's experience is their own experince so am just putting mines out here. The atmosphere is great, neighbors and the area . The girls in the office are absolutely amazing and hard worker same with the maintenance crew. They kick butt and they try so hard to help everyone as much as they can. Since I been here I have never been told to write a review for something in returned or said they will be pay for any reviews. I have even asked a few of my neighbors around.

Be super cautious when checking out. After moving out not only was 0% of my security deposit not return I was hit with thousands of dollars of fees and fines that are absolutely inapplicable to the process. Was never able to get ahold of anyone to fix this and it was a credit impact for sometime. These people are quantity over quality living
