Purchased a lenovo laptop from target pc off of ebay december 2024.not even 2 months later blue screen of death or something close to it came on asking for a bit locker key.no choice but to reinstall OS.2 months later it happened again.this time i located the bit locker key but it wouldnt accept the numbers.reinstalled OS again! 1 month later laptop refused to come on and hasnt since.unsure if adapter is bad or laptop itself.tried everything,nothing worked.took back panel apart.top right corner exactly same area adapter is plugged in was covered in corrosion! I used this laptop few times a month for minor things.took pics and sent them to target pc on ebay.they refused to help at all claiming its past 30 days after purchase.i found their phone number online.i called and called them until eventually someone picked up.the rep stated its past 30 days and that i knew it wasnt brand new but refurbished.i hung up.no better than a used car salesman.once its in my name its my prob now.sold me up creek without a paddle,did me wrong! Dont do busi with them.if they did me wrong what makes you think they wont do it to you? Dirty crooks sold me junk.

Updated 06/04/25.judging by how many negative reviews below by others and how fast you replied back obviously you knew bad parts/laptops were being sold yet nothing was done to fix this.i fell victim like everyone else as a customer.i will accept a huge discount for repairs.should i send the item to the same address i bought on ebay? I still have the shipping box.

Updated 06/23/25.Spoke with target pc last friday.they agreed to respond back to me through ebay by the following monday.they never did.they lied.matter of fact they blocked me instead.dont do busi with these people.theyll intentionally screw you over any chance they get by any means using every policy possible.

I've had a lot of issues with their Amazon store seller. Multiple defective products and not the best customer service. I was told the product I was buying was new when in fact it was a refurbished item and missing parts. I definitely won't buy from them again.

I got a shed from target pc couldn’t be happier showed a little damage on the door that was pictured on line but my worry was parts would be missing . They told me it was all complete only said door was damaged. They were right just got it all together and came out awesome and got a great deal on this will definitely buy from them again and tell everybody about them

My laptop computer crashed. I don't mean there was a software glitch, I mean I recklessly and violently exposed the machine to Newton's third law of motion. It wouldn't boot. I took it to Target PC and they quickly diagnosed the hardware issues and possible remedies. They also let me know I could get the thing working again without an expensive replacement part with the pros and cons of that solution. I now have a working laptop at a much better price than I anticipated. I won't hesitate to trust them with any future computer needs.

I have purchased 3 TV's so far and have been extremely pleased. You cannot beat their pricing and they also provide great customer service. Friendly and helpful.

Bought open box, when I got there the open boxes were gone. Without blinking an eye, Roman provided me a new TV. He was very pleasant and professional, I found my experience to be like the other reviews here, they will be seeing more of me. Thank you Target PC and Roman!! 🙂
