The woman who answered the phone was very nice. I'm assuming she is part owner or related by marriage or immediate family,because the man who changed the tire said that the family owned the whole strip. One with a wrecker service. The other with traveling mechanic repair for cars another who drives to broken down 18 wheelers and other diseases vehicles. Then they have a tire shop ,a mechanic shop. And I believe repair or sell rims,tractors and other things. Was a little more expensive than the other 7 places we have used by abour21 dollars for a 205/65/15 inch tire. Cost was about 120.00 well 116.58 when all the other shops wenpay 85 to 95 dollars. Bur would use them again because of their customer treatment and friendliness. Also was in and out in 10 minutes with 1 new tire.

I've never been to T&B Tire. I only have had 3 phone calls with Ms Lisa of T&B. The first was me, a stranded guy at the 213 rest stop on I65 with a tire going bad on my F350 while towing a 26' trailer. Lisa answered with the most iconic southern bell accent and told me she didn't have my Nitto RidgeGrappler in stock but if I'd give her 5 minutes she would call around and see if she could fid me a tire that would get me out of the weeds for the remainder of my 300 mile trip. At this point it didn't seem hopeful for me and I was considering where I'd stay for the night. After 10 minutes I hadn't heard back from Lisa so I called her back. She apologized profusely as if she owed me anything. She stated she was so sorry, the phone was non-stop but that she had found me a tire! The tire was at a competitor's shop and it was even closer to me than their shop. She gave me their phone number. The whole transaction at the other store was great as well. The 3rd call was from me to Lisa thanking her for taking the time to help a stranded traveler out when her store wouldn't benefit monetarily at all. It's that kind of service that will insure that T&B Tire will be in business as long as they choose to. In the old days one would send a letter to the store to thank them. These days we post a comment (review) so that others can see and make their choice of where to send their business. I doubt I'll ever be in need of Lisa and T&B's service again but if any one who reads this would kindly stand in on my behalf in the hour of your need, well I'd be greatly appreciative!

Passing threw and our f450 blew a rear tire out!! Called and within an hour and a half we was back on the road. They did it also on the side of the interstate. Thank you very much for helping us!!

We had a blowout on our 22.5 RV Michelin tire. They had the tire and they were able to get us back on the road in about an hour and a half. Very good service. I would recommend them highly. Very professional.

6-9-17 had 4 tires & battery replace after a blowout on the right front of a 2014 Tahoe. Service person also replaced the valve stem on the right front rim due to the blow out. 6-10-17 the next day the tire monitor notified me that I had low tire pressure. Stopped at Gary's Tire Center to check out the problem on the right front tire. I was informed it was a bad valve stem. In which they dismounted & replace for $15.00 very reasonable. I called Cathy at T&B Tire Center while at Gary's. I was told to send a copy of invoice. Sent copy registered email 7-17-17 after getting home. Called 7-26-17 talked to Hanna she claimed they never received email. I faxed a copy 7-26-17. 8-2-17 called & talked to Hanna she said Lisa in accounts payable had to talk to owner & would get back with me on Monday. 8-7-17 call and was told owner was on vacation they would get back with me. Never have I received a call back. 8-23-17 called again and was told they were not going to do anything. The time spent pursuing this exceeds the $15.00 expense for a defective part or poor workman ship. Not a reputable company. Nor do they follow up on anything after they have your money.

Ordered 2 tires from them and the tire tech johny Gilliland hooked us up the next morning installed the pair and quick and polite will definitely be going back for the other 2
