Absolutely the worst company to deal with. Customer service is completely nonexistent, the product doesn’t hold up cold weather. They claim to have a lifetime warranty but just said that I have an electrical issue and they are voiding my warranty because their 3/4” led lights keep burning out. Won’t refund my money will only give in store credit. I don’t want anything to do with this horrible business/pruduct. If I could leave zero stars I would.

Great experience everytime I’ve ordered from them. I’m local and I have always received a call and email saying my order is ready for pick up. Recently had an issue with my under cabinet lighting wireless controller, emailed them and they got me a replacement part the next day. Great service and always greeted with a smile when I go there.

Ordered Headlight bulbs that they said would fit my vehicle. When received, discovered they don't fit. Emailed to return the bulbs got nothing then I asked about the return shipping label again. I got a rude email from Emily stating it was sent but here it is again. Returned the bulbs and received a partial refund. Still waiting on 25% of my $

Support is incredibly unhelpful and their product is trash.

I purchased some LEDs for my 1988 Porsche 944 gauge cluster. The incandescent bulbs were so dim and I've seen a lot of fellow owners upgrade to the LEDs.

The contact points on the LEDs were incredibly weak. With the cluster plugged into my car, but still accessible, I'd have to push on the back of the LED for most of the warning lights to come on. As a result, it took a lot of installation and removal to try and rectify the problem. Ultimately in the end, regardless of how careful and meticulous I was, there is a lot of damage from these LEDs... Finding a replacement cluster is north of $500. The gauge cluster is near irreparable.

To make matters worse, during the installation and removal, the SMD snapped from it's metal contact base on quite a few of these LEDs. At least half of the LEDs are total garbage now. As you can imagine, I'm thoroughly unhappy with how easy the LEDs broke and how much damage they caused to my gauge cluster. I knew the cluster was very delicate, but using the utmost care still managed to cause a problem. I believe I have a solution to fix the contact points on the cluster though.

I may have devised an alternate method to bypass the broken contacts. But it would require replacing about half the LEDs I purchased.

I figured that they would warranty these pieces of junk out, but they outright refused. I received the most vague and unhelpful response: "I have reviewed your request and brought the issue to my supervisor. Unfortunately, we will not be able to replace the bulbs for you due to the circumstances of the situation and the nature of the issue. Please let me know if you have any further issues or require any further assistance."

The process of fulfilling the order was quick and I *was* very pleased with the company. But now, it's a shame that they aren't standing behind the product they sell. I'm supposed to bend over and eat $140+ worth of junk.

I have had SuperBrightLeds in all my vehicles for interior and license plate lighting. Every order up until this point has been as simple as they should be - I pay for an order and the order is delivered to my home in full. Unfortunately my latest order was incorrectly fulfilled and bulbs that were not listed on the invoice were included, instead of the bulbs that I ordered. I contacted their customer service and was promptly issued an RMA for two bulbs. Perfect.. BUT what annoys me is that their RMA policy is to not ship my original order IN FULL until I send the incorrect items back, and those items are received at their facility. To be clear, SBL needs me to send back $7 worth of LEDs, to fulfil the $10 worth of LEDs that I paid for. As I don't want to wait that long, I have taken it upon myself to fulfil my original order by placing a 2nd order which includes the LEDs that they failed to send. If that order is not fulfilled properly, I will place a 3rd order until it is correct.

Update: Customer support reached out to me to resolve this issue - Mailed replacements, and I also placed a separate order for the replacements (just in case). Out of the 4 new bulbs I receieved, 1 was warm white, and the other 3 were natural white and are very clearly a different color.

I sent a very detailed email to customer support (Linda) outlining the issues and stressing how frustrating it is that I keep receiving incorrect bulbs. They requested how many correct bulbs I needed to complete my order - I said 3, and never heard back.

At this point, I will never order from SuperBrightLEDs again. I have spent $62 and received 3 orders to replace 12 bulbs on my truck, and it is still incorrect. Half of my interior has warm white, and the other half is natural white.

Save yourself a headache and order from Diode Dynamics. They're a bit more $$, but you'll get a nice quality LED, and you'll recieve the correct temperature that you ordered... NOT random bulbs in the correct box.

I bought four G9-Wedge LED blubs to replace the Osram halogen bulbs that light my stove top. Only two of the four bulbs worked. It seems that they wouldn't go all the way into the bulb receptacle. As you can see on the attached pic, the pins on the LED bulbs are not as long (i.e., do not extend as far from the glass) as pins on the halogen bulbs. Since this company doesn't accept returns if the package as been opened, the actual price of my LED bulbs doubled (i.e., I got two bulbs for the price of four)!
Next time I'll buy from a local store where I can actually get my money back.
