Great company. From selection to installation the experience was amazing. Our installer Alan was on time, very experienced and respectful. The installation was done without a glitch. He explained the remote operation and other information related to our new blind. I am very pleased with his work. Love our new blinds. It is flawless. Thanks to Sarah our design consultant for her patience and help selecting the right shade. Also I want to say that the shades were delivered on time even a head of predicted date. I am very happy and pleased with the final result. I highly recommend this company for your future need for roller shades. The prices are also fair as we did shopped around but we decided to go with this company because of quality their work based on other reviews, fair price and amazing team. Thank you!!

I changed shades in all the windows of my place and Alan, the installer, did a great job. He came to my place several times until the job was completed to my satisfaction. He deserves five stars. In this review, I give three stars to the overall experience because unfortunately it took a whole year to complete the job as the model of shade I was originally advised to get for my home office wouldn’t fit a corner window I have, leaving a part of the glass uncovered by the shade, which was neither aesthetically pleasant nor functional. The project was completed after several unsuccessful adjustments to the original model of shade, when Stoneside finally sent me a new designer who advised me to get a different model of shade that eliminated the problem concerning the corner window at the source. So at the end I’m satisfied with my purchase but regret it took a year and several unsuccessful attempts to fix the unfit model I was initially advised to get for my home office.

This was overall a great experience. Alan and Jerry were so amazing. They installed our blinds and drapes so professionally and efficiently. The quality from Stoneside turned out so elegant! And shout out to Jada for her beautiful design ideas! It was definitely worth the wait!

Alan was professional, friendly, prompt and efficient. He did a beautiful job installing blinds in our basement windows. -- Also, Sarah Najafi, our design consultant, went the extra mile to find exactly the right color and style for our basement window blinds. Plus she went out of her way to research and show us possibilities for our kitchen bay window. I enjoyed working with her.

They were cheaper by a wide margin compared to other companies, and they didn't force them to do anything else and helped them make good choices.
The work was very professional.
Jada is a designer who makes customers happy.
Allen put on his boots and made a visit at exactly the appointed time. It's an old condo, but it's changed like a new one after installing Blide.
Allen finished the installation in a short time and even cleaned up the mess.

So happy with these blinds and the process. Jada was so helpful and a really adept designer and Alan did an efficient and thorough job installing! Thank you Stoneside! We went through five different vendors and settled on stone side because of the custom aspect, anesthetic of these blinds, as well as the value and price.
