I love the store and have had many amazing experiences with employees. Henceforth the 2 stars. I did although find an encounter between a worker named Pam i believe was her name and another worker. I do not know the other workers name but the encounter was not impressive at all. I understand that employees bicker, but to do it in front of customers is unacceptable and sets a horrible image. While I do not believe what was done and said was right I always like to see the best in people. I feel like this can be a growing experience if the worker is new or not. I have been very impressed by many employees and their kindness but I believe there maybe be an issue with workers among themselves. I although was not impressed by the interaction Pam had with one of her coworkers. I have no follow up on this matter. I simply saw what I saw and decided to say something. Seeing employees treat their coworkers with such malice is not a great experience for the customers. Once again I love this store but am not impressed by this experience.

Upon entering the store I saw 4 different employees while searching for a particular product . None of them asked if they could help me. One of them followed me from one end to the other and even acknowledged that she was following me. I left and went to a competitor across the street. Upon entering I was greeted and asked if I needed help finding something. When I checked out an employee followed me out and placed my purchase in my pickup .
I now have an Ace gift card that is absolutely worthless to me.

If you can't keep your website up to dat to accurately reflect in store inventory, you shouldn't have one. Drove an hour only to be told " we put those in the warehouse" web site says one in stock.

I rented a uhaul from you last Sunday and the person that helped me out was great. I believe it was Daniel. Absolute A+ employee. Everyone else was nice too. Thanks for making it easy.

Stevenson you can spend hours in. They have everything from nuts and bolts lawn mower belts and Blades to stoves refrigerators freezers TVs mattresses. You name it they got it. They also have a nice section on seasonal decorations and party supplies and outdoor sheds lawn mowers great place to shop at a pretty good price

Cashier was Pam who was amazing as far as showing all the upcoming store deals/promotions for this Spring as well as applying all available coupons to my purchase AND giving me all available coupons coming up that the store had to offer which will definitely make me come back in to use them on future purchases!!
