I wish I had gone to these guys in gals earlier. I bought a 2024 beta 500 RRS special edition which another dealership completely neglected the prep on, which I paid for. That being said, Cordale, a very knowledgeable and seasoned tech up there, straighten it all out for me under warranty. He fixed everything that the other dealership either messed up or did not properly do in the first place. I learned all kinds of things about these bikes from him that day as both mine and a friend's bike got properly adjusted and tuned.

The entire staff was pleasant, friendly, and most importantly, resolved all of my issues without hesitation. These will be the people that work on my bike from now on as another dealership has lost my business for sure.

They were very straight and honest with me, and passed along the necessary information to their corporate office to hopefully correct what's going on at the other dealership. They also have a good selection of parts and bikes up there, they believe in the beta name, and make things right for you. Bonus, they have a little riding room right outside the shop soon people can get a feel for things on the bike as well as test ride them if need be once they've bought one. This is very important for even the dealership to make sure your bike is running correctly..

I can only speak for my bike and a couple other friends bikes, but I have put my trust and faith in them from now forward. This is especially true because they have a lot of knowledge between them and race them on the weekends as well. Very good people. Thank you for letting me finally enjoy what I bought to enjoy and I will be back. Cheers!

Great experience. After being told by every other motorcycle shop in the Montgomery/prattville area that they couldn’t work on my Suzuki GSXR, S and T cycles had no problem. They told me up front how long it would be before I heard anything. It was a day sooner! They gave me a very reasonable quote, and there were no surprises. Great communication. The guys there are nice to work with. The mechanic took the time to point out other issues I may want to address, explained everything he had done and I feel like I received more from them than I had to pay for…I haven’t felt that way about a business in a long time. I’ll be driving the extra distance to have them and only them work on my bike from now on. I really appreciated their customer service.

Just bought a CFMoto unforce 1000 and Brian helped us so much everyone was so helpful that worked there. The trailer we came with wasn't big enough and they found someone to deliver it to our house, amazing customer service. They also sent us to Guardian their financing company and they worked with us and gave us a good rate. Definitely recommend this company!
