This office is a joke. Father's get to see their kids but don't have to support them. Everytime you call to see why it is they aren't paying its the same answer. They will look into it. In the meantime they get to have custody of their child but not help pay to support them. It's been now going on 3 months of not meeting payment requirement but they still won't do anything. I am very disappointed in how they do not care at all about the children that are affected.

Would give zero stars considering SARAH hung up on me as assuming I was yelling at her the first call then gave me attitude the second time. I will be looking at how to take legal action if things don't improve with this place. I'm already struggling because they never notified me of how much my payments were or the fact I don't have any custody of my daughter. I'm now on hold and late for my hearing because of her.

The entire program is a complete let down and I say this in the most compelling way as it's only hurting my childs relationship with me. I disagree with rulings over my own rights to make a choice and it will get overturned by a stranger whose empowerment over rules the best interest of my child. They are not friends of the child, nor do they give any reason to show gratitude towards a great parent!

I am treated worse than most men are in the system are. There is a very clear vendetta against the people, who don't pay people off. In order to get a leg up in the system. You'll have to sell your soul just to get a lawyer to help you only once and be careful. The lawyers may get stuff taken away from you, not even being of any help. If you do not have money to defend yourself or know someone in the system, consider yourself facing the worst. They side with the people who beat their kids, even when you have documentation to prove. They do NOT care, nor do nothing when you are getting constantly harassed by the other party. They are very rude and unprofessional, especially the hearing officer. They in fact do not have the best interest of the children, like their mission statement says. I really pray for each and every person who has to come to this facility.

Pay attention when you call you press 4 to get someone on the phone your call quality can be perfect until they decide they can't help or don't know how im honestly not sure but I have matters they need to handle and then im told statements like i can't hear you claim the call is cutting out all while I never notice a change in call quality while still able to hear them no issues usually its 3 or 4 calls before they realized im not going away
To only be connected to a voice-mail that im yet to receive a return call from

Who calls to cancel a hearing, for the second time now mind you, 10 minutes before the scheduled hearing time? Extremely unprofessional and you can tell the people who work here absolutely hate their life, so miserable and not helpful whatsoever. May I suggest finding a new job? I’ve spoke to a man on the phone twice and he is the only one in that office who is respectful, kind, and more than helpful. Aside from him, I give up with this place.

No joke the supervisor of friend of court testified for my ex saying “I wish more fathers were like him…”. Really? He has seen her 10 hours in 19 years. This goes to show you what the FOC is really about. I have the audio recording if anyone would like to hear it. Her with the shiesty Heisler. Maybe they are together…. Who knows…. I told them for the past 10 years they didn’t have jurisdiction but they insisted. Then when the Judge Brown was ready to face a higher court they suddenly changed their tune. ‍♀️
