Nick and his crewman Jerry were excellent! I had 2 chandeliers I needed to install, hand made, imported from Turkey. This was a very custom installation, the chandelier came without any instructions or hanging hardware. I spoke with Nick prior to our install several times on the phone, and he stopped by to look at the 2 chandeliers. He brought all the hardware, medallions, junction box, mounting box, and every possible alternative he could think of that we would need. He even gave me some very good advice on relocating the chandelier, even though it meant less money in his pocket. On the day of install, Nick and Jerry showed up promptly, covered my newly finished entry way, put up a scaffolding and patiently took their time and did everything perfectly. They even changed some electrical connections around to accommodate me. They were super careful with my delicate chandeliers, wrapping and securing the glass before hoisting it. They worked from 7:30 to 3:00 until the job was done, without even breaking for lunch! Despite the extra work and changes I made, Nick stuck true to his quote. Nick’s can do attitude, a willingness to be creative to make it work for me, and a phenomenal price is why I will only go with Nick for all my electrical needs. People/contractors like him and Jerry are hard to come by!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. They were very quick to come out to give us an estimate, then patient with us when it took us time to decide what we needed and wanted. They installed 24 lights & 5 fans for us and everything looks & works great. They are very reasonably priced, professional & knowledgeable. Our house is an older house and previously someone had messed up the wiring. Fortunately Simply Lights was able to fix everything. We highly recommend them. Great workmanship on light installations and wiring. Awesome patching and textures on the wall and the only thing needed is paint it once dry. Well protected work area with throughout cleanup.

Nick and his team were excellent. They arrived on time, worked quickly and I am sure we got the best price in town! I called at least 20 different places and they gave me the best price hands down. We have approx 24ft ceilings and the finished result was amazing! Really brightened up our house. I would highly recommend them.

Found Simply Lights on yelp and they did not disappoint. No hassling scheduling and Nick told me the price upfront, which was more economical than other places. They showed up on time and was impressed with their attention to detail. They covered our furniture to ensure the drywall dust they were cutting into did not fall on our stuff. I found Simply Lights and Fans (Nick & Gerry) to be the "Gold-Standard" model for how ALL great contractors in America should operate.

From the minute I began communicating with Nick via text messaging (which is my preferred method of communication) I was immediately impressed by how pleasant, responsive, and articulate he was about answering all my questions, very honestly and clearly.

After scheduling the work with Nick, he and Gerry showed up on time and began the job by professionally covering everything in house in the area where they would be working to ensure that the house stayed clean during and after construction is completed.

They then proceeded by placing stickers on the ceiling showing the proposed layout of the can lights so that there are no surprises of the light fixtures' locations after they've drilled holes in your ceiling and have it be too late to make changes.

One of the many things I loved about working with Nick is that while he'll install what you ask him to and where you want them to etc., he'll all also gladly & politely give you his opinion on items you want his guidance on. On things like how to layout the lights, how many lights to install each area, which lights color temperature to go with or lumen power etc., and his expert opinions were very helpful to me in making my decisions.

I think Nick is very successful because he's taken a very smart approach to what he does and one that sharp & popular contractors take, do what you're good at, do it very well, treat customers right and they'll always refer their family and friends to you. That is what I've done since Nick did great work at my home and I'll continue referring family, friends and co-workers to him. Keep up the outstanding work Nick.

Nick and Jerry installed recessed lights , fans, and outdoor sconces at my house over the course of three jobs. I was so please with their work that I kept scheduling more for them to do. They show up when promised, work clean, organized, use the proper tools to get the job done right and are priced right. They mask off rooms, cover furniture, user laser sights to measure and center, and do a great job of patching dry wall. Nick always asks if I'm happy with the end result. Nick provides good suggestions and is always listening to your needs. I highly recommend Simply Lights and Fans.
