Without a doubt the most versatile, customizable and effective indoor lighting system I've ever used.

I've been growing indoor since 1989. I was reluctant to make the switch to LED as I always had great results and did several side by sides and never achieve the same results with LED until now. Since the results can be the same with these lights as HID, and there's so many benefits to these lights in terms of customization and utilization, there's just no reason to not own these lights.

Over the last 3 years 12/14 of our Scynce Dragon SL have died. Every time one of those has died we've had to pay shipping and duties to get a replacement. Sometimes those replacements last around 6 months. Theyve tried to blame our electrical grid and want us to waste time doing an "electrical study" which we'd have to spend more money and time doing. Meanwhile we have lights from Luxx and HLG that have worked for 3 years without any issues. Scynce lights are cool when they work but considering an 85% failure rate and all the hassle of replacing them I could not recommend these lights to anyone. Their management was unwilling to send us replacement lights without us covering shipping and duties, so we've completely abandoned using Scynce going forward. We could've bought replacement lights from their competitors with the amount of money we've spent on shipping. After looking a bit online it seems this is an all too common problem with this brand. Be warned! These lights are terrible.

As other 1 star reviewers have stated, the product quality is terrible. When your Scynce LED lights fail, (and they WILL fail), the company will not make it right, nor will they stand behind their product. Their customer service team is almost impossible to get a hold of, and even if you somehow manage to get a hold of them, it will be a total waste of your time. We had an entire commercial grow room filled with these lights, and over a 1.5 year period, 100% of the lights failed (yes, literally 100% failed). Save yourself the stress, trouble, and money by going with Fluence LED or another reputable company.

Bottom line, do your research. There are horror stories on google, reddit, and elsewhere about this company. I wish I had seen those reviews before buying from Scynce. The common theme is the same. Poor quality lights that fail, non-existent customer service, and a bad overall experience. Read the experiences that customers have had and decide for yourself whether you want to do business with Scynce LED.

2 different raging kush led fixtures have gone out during crucial weeks in my flower cycle. I even installed the surge protection sent by Scyence LED to prevent future issues, but the same problem again. Now I can't get a hold of anyone to set up a warranty claim.

I have continued to reach out, and have responded to the email in the reply; however, I still have not been contacted to set up a warranty claim.

The saga continues. I now have a third raging Kush with the same spectrum outage issue. I spoke to an employee to setup a claim but still waiting on a follow up and follow through.

After several months of either non communication or miscommunication Sycence has still failed to commit to the warranty claim. I’m the meantime another raging kush has failed with the same issue .

I can’t say enough about Scynce Led customer service. First off, Stu called me to welcome me onboard and to explained all the benefits like access to the grow team support. I explained that my light arrived with minimal damage (a bent heat sync) and they were ready to send a replacement the following day. They followed up with calls and made the whole process delightful to deal with no down time on my end. They go the extra mile and I highly recommend dealing with Scynce LED for their incredible customer service and superior lights. I will be purchasing a Raging Kale 2.0 soon to complement my Raging Kush 2.0! Amazing performance and control like no other light! The grow team responds quickly and they are great in helping learn how to best use the new technology these lights provides.

If you are looking for full power with a lower ceiling limitation, get a Raging Kush or Raging Kale because the lights hover only 6-9 inch over the canopy instead of 18-24 inch requirement. This also allows deep canopy penetration when closer and no hot spots so not burn even though the lights are really close to the plants. This is truly amazing due to the 120 degree lens angle. By far the best lights for so many reasons. 100% Made in America, water proof, and full power spectrum control at a fair market price. No extra controller needed so that saves you hundreds. Great yields and higher highs. I highly recommend getting a Scynce LED fixture today, you won't be disappointed.

Home of the best lighting company in the business. The custom spectrum, blue tooth app control, quality build, combined with great tech support are why they won my business and why I recommend them to anyone looking for quality LEDs. You're not growing "craft" without a custom lighting spectrum.

Mickey Mouse company that offers terrible products and customer service. I own a large commercial grow in Colorado, and we have had nothing but problems with these LED lights. We attempted to get the lights replaced under warranty, but we cannot get a hold of the company. They refuse to return our calls. Avoid this company if you care about your money and/or your business. If they make the situation right without us having to pursue legal remedies, I will amend my review to reflect this.

Light died under warranty and they quit talking with me about replacing it. Nothing worse than a company that doesn't stand behind their warranty. Save your money and buy something else.
