Spending money locally is important to me - so is customer service. This business has been well established since 1948, but sadly with the employees they have now, the future looks bleak. Next time I need replacement parts, I’ll order from Amazon or go to a big box store. I doubt the longevity of this business was based on this type service.

Recently purchased 4 sticks of 1 1/2 inch PVC conduit from SBS in Florence(invoice #572772). The price for this was $170.93 including tax. Thinking this was excessively high, I checked prices from other vendors including the box stores and discovered that their prices were about 1/2 of the price charged by SBS. Lesson learned, buyer beware.
