They can’t get service the products they sell in a timely manner. Lack of communication. Highly disappointed after buying a high end trimmer that broke in a week.

They returned the trimmer with the kill switch replaced but sabotaged . The choked was not installed correctly and the throttle was not connected. One person claimed there was water in the full and the manager claimed it smelled like I put bad full in it. It ran fine when the kill switch broke and could be manipulated to run if the switch was held. I don’t know why they chose to bilk me for a carburetor but I didn’t bite and they disabled my carburetor. I go through 5 gallons of mixed fuel in a week and have not had any other fuel issues.

Stupidity runs at an all time high with 1 of the guys that work there! I go to get my propane tanks filled because I don't know of anyone else in town!After getting my propane tank filled this dummy brings it and sits it by my truck instead of just putting it in! I have the hitch up and an area cleaned for him to put it! Tired of even going dealing with the stupidity! 🖕🏾🤬

Absolutely wonderful place! My husband went in earlier to get a chainsaw so we could make it home do to all the trees down in the roads. Not only is the staff knowledgeable and helpful, BUT This place opened up on their day off to help the community in a time of need. Will absolutely be doing business here again and referring anyone I can.
