This place is a huge secret in the furniture business down in Westernport. My parents get all their furniture here and have for years. I had never been inside but the day my wife and I went in we were shocked by the amount of furniture that they do have. Way more options than I would have imagined in this area. The prices were also really good and they have many of the brand names, Sealy, Lazyboy, Ashley. They have 12 months same as cash which is handy. It has been two weeks and we are still waiting on a delivery but I am sure it will come soon.

I’m a little disappointed with the customer service care of the lady that works there when a call was made she was very snippy and had an attitude over a part, you might want to get a different outlook on how you treat costumers, and not particularly a good way to run your business considering for no longer the piece of furniture was bought not that long ago and could have offered to replace the piece of furniture instead of waiting on a part for at least going on over three weeks now, you might just want to consider what some folks are going through before you act like you do!

Bought a lift chair from Rodericks and in less than 2 years the lift motor stopped working . Contacted the store in November about getting it fixed, it is now February and still have not gotten a response. No one has called and even given a follow up and if you call the store they are very rude. The person who answers the phone is probably the rudest I’ve ever dealt with in customer service.

The lady associate was very helpful and pleasant. Roderick has a large selection of furniture to choose from. I was disappointed because they have a large sign in front window stating they will match any competitor's price plus 10% discount. I had printed docs from AAFES Exchange for identical products which they refused to match by $217.94. Not taking in account any additional 10% discount.
