Russell at Rock On Audio is great. His customer service is top notch and he genuinely cares about his customers. He even offered to drop off my headphone purchase at my house, above and beyond!!!
I ended up getting the Hifiman Edition XS as my first entry into hifi headphones. He had just about every Hifiman available to try, in addition to many other brands.
I love supporting local businesses who focus on customer service and honesty…… Rock On Audio checks those boxes.
I am already planning my next upgrade and will be giving Russell my business.

Russell provided an outstanding experience as I made my first high end speaker purchase. I rarely leave feedback on anything, but today I’d like to share my wonderful experience I have with Rock on Audio Video. I was looking for a local audio store so I can visit in person to upgrade my surround movie theather system. I googled and this store came up. Called the number and Russel picked up the phone. He sounds very professional and calm. I convinced right away to purchase an JBL surrounds system for my home movie. His price is not only cheaper, but he delivers the item to my door without charging the shipping fee. After this purchase, I purchased another nice system of Paradigm for my living room. Great shop! There is nothing else like this in Orange County for audiophile grade headphones and speakers. I was able to schedule an appointment and test/buy the Hifiman Arya headphones in person.

Today was my first visit to RockOnAV, but it certainly will not be my last!

I guess most folks will order online, but since I was only about 90 minutes away, I decided to drive down, meet Russell, check out the gear, and personally select what I was looking for...an "end game" headphone.

I appreciate that Russell went out of his way to fit in an appointment for me on a weekend! Russell was very helpful in showing me around and getting me set up for a lengthy audition of his very nice collection of headphones. I was able to take my time and select the headphone I wanted without any interruption or pressure. In the end, I found my dream headphone, and Russell got me on my way quickly and efficiently with fantastic gear at an excellent price.

I really appreciate Russell's enthusiastic support, assistance, and very quick responses to all my questions via email before my visit. I'm guessing I emailed him at least a half dozen times and every response was quick and courteous. I will be recommending his shop to all my audiophile friends. I will absolutely be reaching out to Russell first when I have gear I'm looking for in the future. It's great to have a SoCal shop like RockOnAV as my local high-end audio shop.
