With everything under one roof it makes it super convenient and my doctors are great. Very professional, warm, and so is the staff. I'm fortunate I haven't experienced what some of the negative reviewers have. And I've been going almost 4yrs now.

One star, and that's only because the front desk staff is good. Doctors make mistakes on prescriptions, then it's a 3 day adventure of begging the medical assistants to get the doctor's to correct the situation. Their excuse is they're busy with other patients. As soon as my insurance changes, I'm saying goodbye to these people. Just horrible.

A family member of mine went to this facility and was treated poorly. She was humiliated when they refused to recognize the gender in which she identifies.

I cannot imagine a medical office or health care provider behaving this way. Compassion is something a patient should be able to expect.

Really unimpressed with their PT/OT services. Showed up 5 minutes late to an appointment because I got stuck behind a patient doing PT in the corridors, and was told to go home because I was too late to bother doing anything with. The staff are completely dismissive, uninterested in patients, and it's all shine and no substance there. Only ever got one Occupational Therapy session before being told I was an uncooperative patient and had to be removed from the schedule, and in retrospect, that was enough to know it wasn't worth arguing to be put back on. Avoid this place like the plague if you need PT/OT.

After a fall nearly 2 months ago, Urgent Care and my Primary Care suggested I see a hand specialist. Unfortunately, I was scheduled to see a Dr. at Meritus Medical Center aka Robinwood Profesional Medical Center. After I was kept waiting over an hour and a half, I was told to stop babying my hand and start taking 1000iu of vitamin C. I have health issues which would be exacerbated if I followed his advice. So, back to my Primary Care Dr. Thanks Robinwood.

The experiances I have had at the lab were very officiant, not everyone had a warm welcoming, but overall not bad.
