The front staff are the most rude, arrogant front staff I’ve ever dealt with. First it’s like you’re bothering them, they never smile, will totally ignore you standing there and for the first thing you encounter going to this office isn’t a good look. I’ve made 2 appointment, 2 years apart and after having to go in and speak to them I’ve cancelled. They are just disrespectful. Today I called to cancel since I have found the best cardiologist with a great staff. All I did was cancel, told him I would not reschedule and he hung up on me. Won’t make that mistake again!

People in the office are nice enough, staff were helpful in person. My issue is with scheduling, had an appointment in September, a week before I got a call to reschedule because a doctor wouldn’t be in the office. I reschedule for a later date in December, then I get a call a week before again to reschedule. It would be nice if the staff could schedule me properly, I don’t feel like waiting 6 months to get in the office. Just be aware the staff who call to schedule you aren’t the same people who are physically in the office which makes for a frustrating time just scheduling an appointment. Will be considering another cardio office in the future.

Julie is just fabulous. Explained my issue and put me at ease. Answered all my questions and explained the medication. The staff is also courteous and personable. Only one constructive criticism, the decor needs a serious makeover. Exam rooms and bathroom (women).

Robinwood Heart has always been amazing to me and my father. He recently had a Tavr procedure and everyone has been so supportive and helpful! Julie is always explaining in detail ways to help my father feel better and Ashley always helping us and always so kind and patient with him and Michelle at the front, again so very helpful! The entire staff cares! We miss Dr. Konadu, but we truly are grateful for these group of wonderful Doctors and Nurses and highly recommend this office!

Bringing Disabled Resident from Nursing Home to appointment at office this morning. Resident has mild Alzheimer's and is in a wheelchair. Spoke with front desk about residents need to use bathroom and they became defensive telling me they were unable to assist her to use restroom? They told me it was a liability issue and I questioned their inability to assist? I also told the imaging woman about issue and she told me ( in a short manner) that she was not involved in the matter and she would let the manager know. She also asked me to leave the room and wait in the waiting room. The office receptionist we first met did go into the restroom and observed resident while using bathroom ( which was nice). I let them know I wanted to get the name of the office manager so my Administrator could call them. I would appreciate if they didn't argue with me multiple times during the visit rather than listening to my concerns? I never raised my voice nor threatened them nor used foul language. Very unprofessional of medical office!

Dr Ahmad saved my life last year when I suffered a massive heart attack. At that time as well as during the follow up tests and appointments, I have felt nothing but friendly professionalism from him and his staff. They have been patient with my dozens of questions. Prior to my heart attack, I’d had no indications of heart issues; imagine my shock during all of this. Even through my worried phone calls and concerns, they showed nothing but patience. I’ve never felt rushed in an appointment nor ignored. I highly recommend this office to anyone needing the kind of care they provide.

The office reminded us of our upcoming appointment which we appreciate.
When we arrived we were served very promptly by a friendly staff member.
My vitals were taken promptly and Dr. El-Sherif arrived soon thereafter.

Dr. El-Sherif examined me and answered any question we had. He also offered some information about lifestyle and things that I might expect to be faced with because of my age. He didn't rush us and was very friendly.

He suggested a next visit in six months and this was arranged promptly by his staff person.

EVERYBODY there is so nice and take time to listen and make you feel comfortable. Another nice thing about this office is MOST testing procedures are done IN HOUSE....No need to go to a different testing facility. I had a nuclear stress test done in house and got the results SAME DAY about 30 minutes after the procedure from my Doctor. I did not have to go to a different place for the test then wait days or weeks for the test results. I feel like a family member when I visit this office.
