I had a fantastic experience at Robinwood Dental! The entire team was professional, the office was spotless, and the service was top-notch from start to finish. My hygienist, Hannah, was incredibly kind and gentle—she made the cleaning process comfortable and stress-free. Dr. Appleton performed a root canal, and to my surprise, it was completely painless. We just recently left our Hagerstown dental practice of 8 years. We made appointments at Robinwood Dental Center to see Dr Love. All the staff were so friendly and made us feel welcome. The entire practice is efficient and organized. Dr Love went over his treatment plan and explained everything to my husband. He and his dental assistant, Dana were all set up to begin his work. Dana was so patient with my husband while taking his x-rays which made him feel comfortable and less stressed as he has a very sensitive gag reflex. They were both exceptional, efficient, knowledgeable and compassionate. They make a great team! My appointment with Dr Love is in March and I expect the same awesome treatment they gave my husband!

I recently did Invisalign treatment here, in addition to coming every 6 months for routine cleanings and x-rays. I can't say enough good things about this practice. By far the best dentist / orthodontic team I've ever seen! The hygienists are super gentle with cleanings. My teeth get stained pretty easily from all the coffee I drink, and I always come out of my cleanings with pearly whites. I'm also thrilled with my smile now that my Invisalign is complete. Even getting cavities filled here is a breeze. Seriously, best office ever.

Dr. Horman and her team are wonderful, kind and professional. I saw them for Invisalign and it was the easiest, quickest and painless orthodontic work I’ve ever had done! Wish I hadn’t waited so long to give it a go. Highly recommend them! Also, thank you to Dr. Horman’s assistant Amanda for being so informative and kind!

I've been coming to Robinwood Dental for years. Even after I moved out of Hagerstown. The staff is fantastic. I've seen several of the dentist but my hygienist Amanda is the absolute best! She is so sweet and kind and always asks about my kids. I just love her!

It's pretty obvious that they hold their patients in contempt. When I called to make an emergency appointment, they took my info and said they'd call right back. An hour later I got a call. The person on the other side was asking me questions with a tone that made it very obvious that I was interrupting her day, which I thought was very weird since she was the one who called me. After asking me a bunch of questions she told me that they were unable to even take me on as a patient, something they knew at the beginning of the call. They essentially wasted my time as well as theirs.

From the very first phone call setting up my initial appointment I was impressed. Now that I’ve had my visit and scheduled my upcoming cleaning I can’t wait to go back. The receptionist was a doll and so upbeat. All the staff was very nice. The Dr explained what I needed to get my teeth back on track and healthy. Very thorough and friendly. I highly recommend this facility if you’re in the market for a new dental team!
