In this particular store the rental area is set up immediately inside two sets of double entry doors. Both open upon one sensor being triggered. Unfortunately for me it was a very cold (-27 windchill) and windy day. I would say that standing there in line was the same as standing outside in line. I would have dressed warmer had I known I would stand there for 15 minutes. I waited a long time as there were two people ahead of me and one person working the counter. The poor fellow working the counter was obviously cold and I am not sure if he provided one or is able to wear a coat of his own but one should definitely be allowed. He knew his job, apologized for the wait, was very friendly even though he looked to,l be shivering, and was as quick and efficient as possible. He was aware that we were freezing as well. It should be mentioned he rang for help twice but no one came while I was there. The store always has wonderful staff and they are very helpful.

Rented a packer for doing a paver patio. Everything worked, as well as the 2nd time I rented it I was 20 min late but they didn't charge me the late fee (granted no one was renting it after us that day considering it was 7:30 pm)

Staff here is helpful and friendly. The store is clean and organized well. The staff in the rental department were knowledgeable and easy to work with.
