Used them for a Super Bowl event at our ocean front luxury condominium. Rented a LED wall, set up team did a very professional and clean job. Equipment in good condition and worked as described, pick up went as smoothly as setup everything was done as scheduled.

Keith was incredibly helpful and got us set up with everything we needed and helped us problem solve to make sure we would be happy with our rental. Delivery was on time (early!), setup went smoothly, and pick up was on time, all done by a very helpful and friendly technician who was very accommodating. We were very pleased with our entire experience, both with the customer service, pricing, and execution. I would be happy to rent from them again in the future.

First time experience with Rent For Event. Fast track switch from exhibiting real equipment to LED wall and video presentation at Plastec West in Anaheim. From planning and logistics management to setup and post-show tear down, EVERYTHING was handled by experienced professionals that demonstrated their commitment to this customer's satisfaction every step of the way. The 20ft wide booth and full width LED display was a hit.

We used Rent for Event to provide audio and visual for an event of about 350 people. As this was the first time we had ever held an event in this specific location, we had a lot of questions and concerns about how best to prepare the location. For the two months prior, we worked with the Sales Manager, Keith Thompson, at length to ensure that nothing would be overlooked. Keith and his staff were consistently available to answer any questions, always quick to respond to emails, provided some much needed expertise and were flexible when needed so that we felt confident that we were prepared for the event. On the day of the event, they showed up on time, completely prepared and provided exactly what they promised. Their staff was excellent to work with and the event turned out great. I was very impressed with Rent For Event LA and would highly recommend them.

I googled Rent For Event LA and picked them sight unseen for immediate AV needs I had for an upcoming event. I am so glad I did. From conversation #1 with Keith, to the delivery/setup/breakdown with Alex - everything was top notch! Not a single downside. I will use them again and again and again! Even the pricing was impressive. If there were 10 stars, I'd give them more.
