I bought one flash light but it doesn't work. I told the persian guy to change it and he didn't accept to replace it because i did not have receipt, but i requested to check invoice under my company name that i gave them on purchase time ,but he said i don't have invoice to check. I don't like get back to purchase materials. $50 is nothing but their customer services is more important.
I asked them for armor ground wire #4 and they get me higher above the another wholesale price.

I bought one nebo flash light that it doesn't work i get them back to replace it ,but persian guy didn't accept and request receipt. I ask them check invoices but he said we don't have.
Low customer services, don't like get beck and higher price compared by another supply.

Evidently closed Saturdays. Parked on Sherman Way and Door locked. No sign giving hours open. Neon "Open" sign in window was definitely off. I had this suspicion that there was a door in the back where there was supposedly parking, but nothing up front to say to me, "Come to the back door!"
So - in the rain - it seemed best to drive somewhere else. Seems silly to lose customers because you don't bother to tell them whether or not you are open. You know what I mean? Probably a 5 star store. But who can rate at 5 when they make such a lame mistake? So 3 stars, and that's generous.
