Recently I had someone come and give me an estimate for a panel upgrade. Long story short, it was suggested that it was worth my time and effort to do the job. And, I should consider selling my home to a wholesaler. Well I disagree although my home may need some help. Selling to a wholesaler smh. To add on I was told that he would still send me an estimate for the job. Needless to say that never came. If you didn't want a 10k+ job then just say that. Some one else wanted the job and got that $$ you passed on. I want to add the pictures of the finished job but, I'm unable to.

Older hard of hearing man came out for breaker issue. He quoted me four times usual cost of electrical box. Didnt nothet quoting just for new breaker. I am single elderly woman and resent this obscene quote. Go elsewhere people. Signed retired nurse.

Do not use this guy. I had a simple problem with the wrong light switch and it wired incorrectly. I fixed it by replacing the switch and wiring it correctly and Presto want over 2k to fix it.

Called Presto and spoke with Rich, told him i had a old plug that needed to be replaced, a half hour later the job was done. Great work and fair pricing, would hire them again.

I first used Presto about three years ago due to loss of power to a portion of my home. While speaking with Richard, we discussed also installing a new light in the kitchen and outdoor security lighting. All were done in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. I used them a second time to have new lighting installed in my basement, an additional outlet and to replace both a front and back porch light. These items were handled quickly and the actual job only took one day. Great to work with!

He came out as promised in about 2 hours, but he charged $238 to install one light switch. The whole thing took about 20 minutes. I think I was foolish to accept that offer and wish I had shopped around. He gave an estimate of $380 to install an overhead light fixture that needed a new pull cord. I declined. I would NOT recommend Presto because their prices seem too high. Please shop around. The electrician talked politics, which I thought was inappropriate. I think customers want good service at reasonable prices, not political opinions.

Richard and his son were very nice. They did a great job and cleaned up very well when done. I had 2 ceiling fans installed without existing wire and they got it done without any extra holes in the wall. I was amazed. Based on a few other estimates I got, I think paid maybe 25% more to Presto, but not a big deal. It could be that the other companies had lesser qualified electricians. Quality of work is excellent with Presto if you don't mind paying a little more. I recommend calling Richard and his son.

I contacted Presto after another company failed to contact me back to set up the job. Presto was able to come out within a day for this non-emergency job. Brice was professional, and did tidy repairs. He went out of his way to discuss options and show examples of what could be done. Pricing was reasonable, and I even had a few other items for the future priced out, which was done quickly and with out “up-sale” pressure. I definitely would use them again and do recommend to anyone in need.
