What a fun store! I kiddos have begged me for years to explore this location with them, we finally went in and it was really neat! There are sections with fountains, indoor and outdoor furniture, large vases, indoor and outdoor decorations, even a clothing boutique with adorable clothing!

UPDATE. I Could not even give these couches away for free. They are that bad! I had the disposal pick them up last week. At least I don’t have to look at them again. I can’t reiterate my disappointment with this store.

have bought pottery and a fountain previously at Pottery World that I was very happy with. We were in need of a new couch and I really wanted to get a good quality one that would last us years. I bought a grey sofa and loveseat from here for this reason. Unfortunately after about a year, it already started showing scuff marks and peeling. We have grown kids and this is just regular wear and tear. I do not put any cleaning solutions on the couch. I was so disappointed. When I bought the couch I had asked about a warranty. When I bought it, the sales person did not have any information on the warranty but told me to come back to get more information. She said Pottery World is good and reassured me there was a good warranty on the furniture. I went back and was not able to get the information. I deeply regret not pursuing it but then again that should be given upon purchase.

After over a year I thought I was just stuck with a really bad couch. People would come over and comment that I should go back because it looked so terrible after only such a short period of time. I did eventually go back and the manager tried to be helpful. She did assure me that the leather was real which I still doubt and that they had not had any complaints about that piece before. They tried to call the company in China with no response. They offered me a discount on another piece but I explained I was hesitant to spend any more money on furniture there, just to end up with something so poor in quality. I don’t think there was anything they could have done except for maybe to take those couches off my hands and refund me back some money. I was told there was a warranty but I had already passed it. I wish I would of known the timeline during purchase. I was asked a couple times if I put anything on the couch that would cause it to be damaged. I am insistent I did not. I had a leather couch for 10 years from Macy’s that held up better than this one did after one year. There are wear marks all over and round spot over a foot long on the back cushion. The manager tried to be very helpful but I would never buy anything from here again. I spent over $3000 and I don’t even think I could resell them. I have to look at it everyday and when people come over I use throw blankets to hide the damage because it’s so embarrassing.

Just went to pottery world to pick out a planter for my birthday. No one in the store greeted us or asked if they could help us. Two employees not even wearing masks breaking their own policy. would recommend shopping somewhere else. I was very disappointed.

Tons of great pottery, fountains, home decor and stylish women's clothes, possibly also some baby stuff I believe. The outdoor furniture is set up available to sit down and experience instead of just pictures or partial pieces of the whole. Huge variety of pieces for interior design that will inspire you and hopefully help you find that piece you are looking for.

Not my kind of store.had to pick something up for someone. The lady was rude. Said the item I was there to puck up was not paid for. And rudely said. " do you have any money." I paid but would not shop there myself.

Nice stuff, but definitely not enough pottery to be called "pottery world." Ended up buying at Green Acres, as they had a bigger selection.

I love Pottery World it's a unique place for all your needs for the house. I also love the clothing in the jewelry they have.
