Their customer service is great to a fault. Not the first time I've gone in and the employees are more than willing to have a friendly conversation on what you're getting. Unfortunately this is the second time I waited around for an employee to finish a conversation. Waited a little over 20 minutes the lady at the cash register called the guy to locked item for me twice and he never came I heard him a couple aisles away shooting the breeze but eventually had to leave and never got my item.

Called about some paint he was pretty helpful about the paint.But I was going to ask him about something else and he hangs up the phone. Very unprofessional did not ask me if I needed help with anything else he just hangs up the phone. Will not be doing business with this hardware store in Brooksville Florida.

This is my local store I'm in here at least a couple times a week very clean store with great people and great service and all people here are knowledgeable about a lot of things to do with this store in different projects you may have jumped into Unlike these other hardware stores where you can ask the person who is working in the Section and knows absolutely nothing about the products that there working with come check this place out before anywhere else I guarantee you'll be pleased
